The Table Games Dealer Academy is a paid, structured training program designed to teach you everything you need to know to become a professional casino dealer. This program is ideal for individuals looking to:

Academy Schedule and Commitment

Our next Dealer Academy begins June 15th, 2026. 

To be successful in the program, candidates must be able to fully commit to the training schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Roughly 8 Weeks; followed by Audition 

This is a structured program and consistent attendance is critical to learning the skills needed to succeed as a dealer. 

Following Academy, Table Games operates 24/7, 365. Candidates must be available to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays. Flexible Shifts based on business needs.

Compensation and Career Path

• Paid hourly rate during training ($11/hour)
• Upon successful completion and placement:
  • Transition into a Dual- Rate Table Games Dealer Role (Scheduled as a Floor Supervisor some shifts, scheduled as a Dealer some shifts)
  • Base pay plus tips (tokes)- Average toke rate is +/- $30/hour plus hourly base pay
  • Opportunities to learn additional games and increase earning potential

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses (paid by the company)
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
