The IT Manager leads all technology operations at the Nooksack Northwood Casino, overseeing daily helpdesk functions and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems across gaming, dining outlets, and sports wagering. This role is responsible for managing IT staff, supporting business operations, and driving technology solutions that enhance both employee and guest experiences.

• Oversee day-to-day IT helpdesk operations and lead a small technical team
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and software systems
• Install, configure, and upgrade systems, equipment, and applications
• Monitor and maintain network security, backups, and system integrity
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution across departments
• Partner with leadership to align technology with operational needs
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies

• 3+ years of IT experience in networking, systems, or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, security, and server technologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple systems, projects, and priorities
• Leadership experience supervising or mentoring staff preferred
• Degree or certification in IT or related field a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses
