Job Overview: The position is responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of hotel amenities, soft goods, case goods and consumables; oversees the inventory process for all Hotel Housekeeping essential goods and materials, collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Coordinates and manages the procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Receives, moves, unpacks and stocks supplies. Maintains organization of all housekeeping storage areas.

Maintains accurate inventory records, monitors supply levels, and conducts regular inventory audits.
- Tracks depreciation of owner supplied equipment in guest rooms.

Collaborates with internal teams to forecast demands/purchases and prepares necessary reports.

Stays current on trends and impacts regarding supply chain and escalate possible impacts to leadership.
- Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required. Post-secondary coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory management, supply support, warehouse operations, logistics, materials management, or a related operational role. Experience in a fast-paced operational environment preferred (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or large enterprise operations).
- Experience receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing supplies or materials.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and store supplies as required by the role
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Forklift and Manlift certification required within three months of start date.
