Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the Detroit Airport in Detroit, Michigan. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for providing services that match our world-class guest experiences.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $50400 - $68000 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

  • Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
  • Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
  • Research and develop new menus
  • Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 3 years'’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment 
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
  • No degree required
