• Beverage Server (Food & Beverage)

  Beverage servers will deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Beverage servers should be knowledgeable and familiar with all beverage items, drink preparations, ingredients and be able to make recommendations to guests as well as offer drink suggestions and up sell where possible to maximize sales. Beverage servers must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.

• EVS Specialist (Housekeeping)

• Slot Technician III / Slot Technician Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Maintains the gaming devices in proper operating condition and is responsible for the effective implementation of the Gaming Device Department's preventive maintenance program. Will perform the duties as Acting Slot Technician Lead in their absence.

• Cook Lique Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for stocking supplies as required for kitchen and production use. Responsible for proper storage of products for preparation. Prepare all food products as directed by Chef. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas.

  Responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.  Prepare all food products as directed by the Chef.  

• Floor Supervisor Table Games (Table Games)

  Under the direction of the Pit Manager, the Table Games Floor Person assists in the overall supervision of Table Games in a Pit or Pit Section.  The Table Games Floor Person greets customers at the tables when accepting player club cards for tracking and acts as the arbiter for resolving customer complaints.

  To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Players Club Lead (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for supervising the Players Club Representatives during an assigned shift. Will work closely with Players Club Manager in ongoing operation and administration of the Club and Bus area. Develop loyalty and relationships with guests. Provide services to respond to guest requests or concerns.

• Lead Cook POM Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Carry out the policies of the department and company.  Responsible for preparation of food items according to specified standards.  Assist in all areas of kitchen production. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas. Help stock and rotate product.

• Assistant Manager - JOY Restaurant (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant Restaurant Manager for Joy will assist the Restaurant Manager in leading a group of employees in a manner which ensures delivery of World Class customer service, award winning food beverage product, and an entertaining environment that blends together to create a seamless dining experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, real cover growth and improved operating margins. The Assistant Restaurant Manager should lead by example and create an environment where all guests and employees feel comfortable, welcome and special.

• Dealer (Table Games)

  Deals assigned card games according to CBCI/Fantasy Springs Casino rules and regulations. Ensures all wages are placed before cards are dealt. Computes payable odds for payable bets, pays winning bets and collects losing bets. Must maintain an entertaining and comfortable atmosphere while interacting with card players and co-workers.

• Cook Bistro Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Room Service Server (Food & Beverage)

  Room Service Servers will deliver truly a level of great service to create memorable experience for our guests. Servers must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.  Servers provide food and beverage service to guests in accordance with Room Service standards/specifications.
