The Resort Services Supervisor provides support, knowledge, and assistance in support of the Front Office Manager. Hold responsibility for accuracy and completeness of work of the Front Desk, including tracking staffing requirements, leading by example and the hotel liaison between the guest and management for customer service issues. Represent the Hotel management in the absence of the Front Office Manger and his/her duties.
Accountable for counting, verifying, and documenting all monies both in and out of the main bank, cash cage, slot attendants, Auxiliary outlets, and special events, completing the appropriate paperwork for each department. Prepares and processes all bank deposits and prepares all increases and exchanges. Responsible for counting and processing daily revenue as well as preparing cash summary reports for each shift. Maintain knowledge of Title 31 and Tribal Internal Controls.
Under the direction of the Pit Manager, the Table Games Floor Person assists in the overall supervision of Table Games in a Pit or Pit Section. The Table Games Floor Person greets customers at the tables when accepting player club cards for tracking and acts as the arbiter for resolving customer complaints.
Carry out the policies of the department and company. Responsible for preparation of food items according to specified standards. Assist in all areas of kitchen production. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas. Help stock and rotate product.
Responsible for providing excellent guest service and support on the casino floor during Promotions and Special Events. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.

Beverage servers are expected to deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Beverage servers should be knowledgeable and familiar with all beverage items, drink preparations, ingredients and be able to make recommendations to guests as well as offer drink suggestions and up sell where possible to maximize sales. Beverage servers must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.
