Acclaimed operators Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants introduce Summer House, a California-inspired restaurant featuring seasonal, market driven dishes, the property. Fine Entertainment, the creators of Parkway Tavern, brings an upscale sportsmen’s lounge and entertainment venue, The George and the resort, a modern American original steakhouse created by the property Executive Chef Danny Ye and his team.
