Caesars Southern Indiana (formerly Caesars Indiana and Horseshoe Southern Indiana is a casino hotel which opened in 1998. We are owned by Vici Properties and operated by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, using the Caesars name under license from Caesars Entertainment. 

We are located outside the community of Elizabeth, Indiana at the Harrison County line, across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky. Caesars Southern Indiana is the closest casino to Louisville because casino gambling is not permitted in neighboring Floyd County. 

Our complex includes over 100,000 square feet of gaming space, offering a variety of variety of table games including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Mini Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Crazy 4 Poker, 21 +3, High Card Flush, 1,100 slots with video reels and traditional slot machines.
