Downstream Casino Hotel Resortis a Las Vegas-style, destination resort located approximately 7 miles west of Joplin, Missouri. The resort is owned and operated by the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma.

The resort includes a 70,000-square foot casino with over 2,000 slot machines, as well as table and poker games including Blackjack, Texas 'em, 7 Card Stud, Omaha, 3 Card Poker, Double Deck Blackjack, Crazy 4 Poker, 7 Card Stud and Omaha.  The property also has a 12-story hotel with 374 rooms and luxury suites, a VIP lounge, retail shopping and valet parking.

Guests can dine in five restaurants including a 250-seat buffet, 110-seat upscale steakhouse, 24-hour café, food court and sports bar. The property also offers live entertainment in its entertainment venue. The conference center offers meeting rooms and catering services.
