• Vice President Finance - Enterprises (Finance/Accounting)

  The Vice President of Finance- Enterprises is responsible for the financial leadership of business enterprises owned by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians. This role oversees administrative, financial, and risk management operations, including developing financial strategy, establishing performance metrics, and implementing control systems to protect assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. With a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and fiscal management, the Vice President of Finance-Enterprises will collaborate with Senior Vice President of Finance and the Vice President of Finance-Tribal Government for the oversight of activities of the Finance department. Under the general supervision of the Senior Vice President of Finance, this position also provides strategic financial support across all tribally owned enterprises.

• Graphic Designer (Sales & Marketing)

  This position is responsible for the design & production of all creative assets; including but not limited to managing all graphic design tasks, digital motion graphics, TV & Radio productions, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas. • Senior Financial Accountant (Finance/Accounting)

  This position is responsible for supervising all accounting employee's operation activities and initiatives. Coordinate and supervise the monthly closing process and preparation of consolidated and individual property financial statements and the accounts’ payable function, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.   Under the director of the Vice-President of Finance Tribal Government, this position is responsible for directing and overseeing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Operations, and Purchasing operations activities and initiatives. Responsible for establishing appropriate policies, procedures and controls of the Tribal Government to be consistent with General Accepted Accounting Principles, other regulatory/advisory organizations and the Tribal Minimal Internal Control Standards.   This position is responsible for performing maintenance service and repair on hot line kitchen equipment and cold line refrigeration systems.  Participate in cross training program to lift skills and awareness.

• Red Falcon HVAC Specialist (Engineering/Maintenance)

• Sergeant (Security)

  The Casino Sergeant is responsible for the direct supervision, coordination, and daily performance of Public Safety Officers assigned to the casino property and, when designated, for supervising patrol operations on Tribal lands and enterprises. This position ensures that all safety and security operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Tribal, state, and federal regulations. The Casino Sergeant provides leadership during incidents and emergencies, maintains communication between the casino, patrol, and command staff, and promotes professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. They play a key role in maintaining a secure, service-oriented environment while upholding the Tribe’s commitment to the Five Star Experience, ensuring safety, respect, and integrity for all guests and team members.

• RF Bar & Grill Food Server (Food & Beverage)
