Golden Entertainment is an American gaming company based in Enterprise, Nevada that owns and operates a diversified entertainment platform, consisting of a portfolio of gaming and hospitality assets that focus on casinos and taverns across Nevada.

It was formed in 2015 by the merger of Golden Gaming (founded in 2001 by Blake Sartini) and Lakes Entertainment. In October 2017, the company completed an $850 million acquisition of American Casino & Entertainment Properties.

Golden operates nearly 16,800 slots, over 100 table games, and over 6,200 hotel rooms. Golden owns 10 casinos, nine in southern Nevada and one in Maryland, and more than 60 traditional taverns in Nevada. 

 Golden Entertainment is also licensed in Illinois and Pennsylvania to operate video gaming terminals.
