The Line Cook is responsible for the timely preparation of food items for customers according to written or printed orders. Sets up line cooking stations. Prepares menu items at proper cook stations including pantry, grill, broiler, sauté, and garde manger. Assembles food onto dishes according to written specifications, adhering to quality standards. Exercises proper handling of food items, maintain an organized work area, and maintains order in all refrigeration and storage areas.
The Barback shall procure and stock alcoholic and nonalcoholic products as well as other consumables related to the distribution of food and beverages to guests throughout the gaming facility.
The Hotel Front Office Shift Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to day operations of the Front Desk and Front Services ensuring that excellent service is provided using AAA Four Diamond standards in Customer Service, as well as champions and supports the values and principles of Wind Creek Hospitality Workplace Expectations.

The Maintenance Technician III performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This is a Journeyman level/Beginning Foreman position.
The Accounting Clerk II performs a variety of clerical and bookkeeping/accounting activities in support of the Accounting department. The work involves checking, matching, and researching data and verifying accuracy of accounting documents in order to process, record and balance transactions, data and/or input/output in accordance with established internal guidelines, procedures and practices.
The focus of a Security Officer I is to approach and check identification of any person seeking to enter a Wind Creek Hospitality facility who appears to be under the age of 30 years. The Security Officer I walks the gaming floor and other areas on property. May transport guests in company vehicles. The Security Officer I is responsible for the security and safety of guests, team members and visitors. The Security Officer I is also responsible for the security and safeguarding of the casino’s property and assets. When posted at doors, acts as “first point of contact” with guests, greeting them as they enter the casino. This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service.
The Retail Agent plays a vital role in the guest experience on property by greeting and assisting guests purchasing gifts and other essential retail items.
The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facilities
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor provides supervisory level work assignments. Chiefly, acts as coach, trainer, and leader building skill levels of all on crew by example and demonstration. Frequently performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Hotel and Casino buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This position is a Shift Supervisor level position.
The primary role of this position is as a Security Officer. The Security/EMT Officer is responsible for the safety of the guests, employees and visitors, and the security and control of the casino’s property and its assets. The Officer will also provide EMT support for any medical emergencies that may occur and provide initial response for all medical incidents.
The Game Performance Supervisor must be knowledgeable in all aspects of machine operations and is responsible for the maintenance and repairing of the machines. The Game Performance Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision, training, technical direction and guidance to co-workers in installing, servicing, adjusting and repairing of all electronic bingo machines.
Within Wind Creek, the Teleservices Agent is the first point of contact and sets the tone for all guest experiences. The Teleservices Agent works in a digital omni channel environment answering multiple forms of communication including inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, chat messages and emails for all Wind Creek properties. The Teleservices Agent utilizes multiple systems to provide information to callers. Agents will also identify and take action for any opportunities to sell and book reservations at the Wind Creek properties. These individuals actively promote the properties and amenities on each call to leave the caller with as much information about Wind Creek Hospitality as possible. The Teleservices agent represents the company positively by providing a warm greeting, maintaining a positive upbeat tone throughout all calls and checking for satisfaction before ending each call.
SHIFT: 10pm-6:30am (Shift subject to change based on business needs)
The Attendant provides excellent service by taking and serving food and beverage orders to customers. The Attendant processes food and beverage transactions using cash, comps, coupons, and credit cards.
The Player Services Representative assists in executing property promotions in order to maximize the profits of the gaming facility, giving correct change, accurately counting and recording assigned funds, verifying and documenting personal information for all transactions. Player Services Representatives are responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests and team members in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner; Computes all monetary transactions, maintains accurate transactions and auditable balancing practices. The beginning and end of shifts count down and balance amounts to impress the bank.
The Main Banker must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the gaming operation and is responsible for adequately and accurately handling large currency transactions. The Main Banker must be self-motivated, well organized and able to keep accurate records.
