Financial Analyst
(Finance/Accounting)
The Financial Analyst is the primary support for maintenance of daily operation reports and other analytical reports. The Financial Analyst uses analytical techniques to identify business trends and relationships and effectively uses the analysis to assist in making and monitoring business decisions. The Financial Analyst assists the finance team in review and analysis of Resort & Casino and Enterprise operating budgets and revenue activity. The Financial Analyst will generally be assigned an area of focus in Gaming, Marketing or Food and Beverage.

Table Games Supervisor
(Table Games)
Reports directly to the Pit Boss and is responsible for the operation of assigned tables during assigned shift and all personnel assigned to those tables. Responsible for adhering to the System of Internal Controls and federal cash reporting requirements. The Floor Supervisor has the ability to sign Request for Fill/Credit, Fill/Credit slips, table opener/closer, temporary opener/closer and federal cash reporting documents. The Floor Supervisor has access to the pit podium, pit area, table banks and cards and dice in play.

Nail Technician

The Nail Technician provides our guests with high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, and other treatments. They will consult with clients to understand their needs, ensuring personalized and effective care. Maintaining a clean and serene environment, you will uphold the highest standards of hygiene and customer service. Nail Technicians promote and sell service treatments, enhancements/upgrades and retail products to ensure the most memorable experience for our guests.

Facilities Superintendent
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Responsible for overall planning, operation and administration of the Facilities Department of the Resort & Casino including building maintenance, repair, remodel, renovation, construction, ground maintenance, and contract services. Entails providing leadership for the department, developing guidelines for renovation, modifications of existing facilities and representing the Casino during capital construction projects. Serves as consultant to all facilities of the Casino. Performs related duties as required.

Under the direction of the General Manager of Gaming Operations, the Director of Slot Operations supervises, administers and coordinates all Sandia Casino slot operations.

Custodian Maintenance
(Housekeeping)
Under direct supervision of the Operations Maintenance Supervisor, performs the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the Pueblo of Sandia and related facilities, including heavy cleaning, in accordance with management directives. Custodial duties include cleaning work at any or all Tribal offices and buildings around the Pueblo, as needed or required.

Kitchen / Dining Custodial Supervisor

Under general supervision, responsible for the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the Resort and Casino kitchens, buffet areas, restaurants, concession area, lounge and related facilities, in accordance with management directives. The Custodial Supervisor is a working supervisor and is required to assume the same cleaning duties if the general custodial staff requires assistance.

Restaurant Supervisor Council Room

Responsible for the success of one of the Sandia Resort and Casino food outlets. Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations on assigned shift by spending a minimum of 90% of their time on the floor interacting with guests on the floor and coaching employees. Ensures that the proper levels of service are provided based on forecasted needs and daily business volumes. Solicits guest’s feedback by direct interaction and comment cards to continually improve. Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable work environment for employees and guests always. Teaches, reinforces and leads employees by creating a positive and supportive environment. Enforces all regulatory internal controls, policies and procedures and utilizes progressive discipline as needed. Enforces all appearance and uniform guidelines.
