• First Cook Bien Shur (Chefs/Kitchen)

As a First Cook, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in overseeing the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency are maintained. • Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  Exchanges chips, coins, currency, tickets, and coupons with other Bankers and verifies settlements with Cage Cashiers. Verifies and prepares currency and coins for the ticket redemption kiosks and cash dispensers. Verifies the check cashing and cash advance settlements from the Cage Cashiers. Oversees the activity of their assigned cage or vault.

  Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons, associates, and company assets to fulfill the goals and objectives of the Security Department, Sandia Resort and Casino and the Pueblo of Sandia.

  Works closely with the Child Development Administrator to plan, implement, and evaluate/assess the required services from funding sources that are related to direct services for the children and families of the Early Childhood Development Programs.
