Safety Manager
(Security)
The Safety Manager is responsible for the overall safety of all employees of the Isleta Resort & Casino (IRC). As needed, this position provides special guidance and assistance to all regarding employee safety and all associated laws/regulations. This position oversees, develops, recommends and administers approved, new or modified plans/programs for the Safety Team and oversees the administration of existing plans. This position develops cost control procedures to assure maximum coverage at the least possible cost to company and employee.

Slots Manager
(Slots/Electronic Games)
Responsible for the directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day Slot operations to include, but not limited to, customer service, operations, fiscal management, and personnel while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests. Actively exercises managerial responsibility for all department internal controls and regulatory requirements. Ensures departments are properly staffed and motivated to exceed the Isleta Resort and Casino’s goals and objectives. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

Sports Book Writer
(Gaming/Casino)
Responsible for greeting and responding to guests’ betting request regarding to, but not limited to, sports book bets, current, ongoing, and upcoming promotions and special events while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

Training Coordinator
(Human Resources)
Responsible for coordinating training activities in direct support of the Training and Development Department and assisting in all aspects of the training process to include preparing and scheduling training sessions and meetings, notifying management of training schedules, and tracking attendance for all classes. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Resort and Casino guests. Prepare internal communication material and responds to management and employee inquiries in a prompt and professional manner while ensuring and maintaining open communication with leadership and employees.

Sous Chef

Directly supports the Restaurant Chef and/or Executive Chef. Responsible for the preparation of all food products for the Isleta Resort and Casino venues while ensuring all specifications and standards are satisfied. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day Culinary and Stewarding Department’s operations, personnel, customer service, fiscal management, and administration while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Actively exercises managerial responsibility for all department internal controls and regulatory requirements. The Compensation & Benefits Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Isleta Resort & Casino’s compensation and benefit programs. The primary objective will be to obtain, retain, and motivate employees by ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures and benefit plans.

Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and unskilled duties in one or more maintaining and repairing Isleta Lakes and maintaining grounds to Isleta standards.

Responsible for efficient and proper operation of various food outlets including, but not limited to Triple Sevens, Deli, Banquets, Bingo Snack Bars, Tiwa, Embers, Floor Beverage Service, etc. Exhibits knowledge of product lines and prices and full awareness of safety and food sanitation laws and regulations. Provides efficient and smooth customer service according to the standards required by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

HVAC Tech III
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including air distribution machinery, pneumatic and digital controls, hot and chilled water distribution, and variable volume systems, independently employs specially designed software and remote computer links to monitor systems and troubleshoot malfunctions. All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

HVAC Tech II
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The objective of this position is to inspire and promote continuing education and on the job training. Responsible for performing basic repair and preventative maintenance for all HVAC equipment at company owned buildings in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations, under close to moderate supervision. Must have previous training and work history in an HVAC discipline with a mechanical maintenance background. Equipment includes, but is not limited to air handlers, package units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, pumps, refrigeration and freezer units. Knowledge of Tracer Summit System (TRANE) and/or other energy management systems would be helpful. Must have a willingness to learn, be trained and receive instruction based on company specific requirements. All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
