Heavy Duty Cleaning Technician
(Housekeeping)
This position is responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning of the Isleta Resort and Casino. These duties include floor stripping/refinishing, carpet cleaning, and extraction; this also includes the Spa areas. Heavy Duty Technicians are responsible for areas that may not necessarily be maintained by the Custodial Porters. This responsibility is extended primarily to the exterior perimeter of the building extending 10’ to 20’ out and including the compactor area. All other exterior grounds and surrounding areas of the Isleta Resort and Casino are the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Department. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

Ensures the integrity of the Isleta Resort and Casino’s Level One and Level Two audits, revenue, and related data while adhering to all applicable Tribal, Federal, State, and Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory regulations, standards, and requirements.
