  The Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst Reports to the Manager of HRIS.

• Compliance Technician Associate (Regulatory Compliance)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Gaming Technical, the Gaming Compliance Technician Associate utilizes technical knowledge to ensure game integrity, conducting preventive maintenance, machine evaluations, and software testing for compliance. Assists in regulatory compliance, security, and project completion while maintaining accurate regulatory records and conducting detailed observations of gaming machines for comprehensive analysis, supporting department efficiency.

• Gaming Technical Engineer (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor - Gaming Technical, the Compliance Technician I effectively troubleshoots and repairs issues to support game integrity, while helping coordinate regulatory actions and participating in technical projects.

• Human Resources Representative (Human Resources)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, HR Operations, the HR Representative responds to team member, department, and external inquiries and provides information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures. HR Representative is a key team member that provides exceptional internal customer support, while driving functional excellence and process improvement. Partners with other HR functions to ensure the department provides highly responsive and quality service in all interactions.

• Dispatcher, Department of Public Safety (Security)

  Under the direction of the Manager, Dispatch Shift, the Public Safety Dispatcher is responsible for performing their duties and responsibilities in accordance with all established laws and regulations to include the San Manuel Department of Public (DPS) Safety Policies and Procedures. These duties include operating all radio-telephone transmitting and receiving equipment along with the computer-aided dispatch system; All information must be recorded in a timely, accurate manner, recording all pertinent information for emergency and non-emergency request for service from the Tribal Community, Resort, Casino, Offsite properties; as well as law enforcement agencies, fire, medical or other emergency services. This position uses multiple communications systems to coordinate emergency calls; relay information and assistance; directly coordinates requests involving law enforcement agencies and other emergency response personnel, provides notifications in accordance with predetermined plans across all Departments.

• Public Safety Officer I (Security)

  Under the direction of the Sergeant, Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Public Safety Officer I (PSO I), provides support to DPS. Work requires comprehensive knowledge of the organization and skill in working with law enforcement issues and law enforcement policies, procedures, and confidential matters. The PSO I is responsible for performing a broad range of duties and carrying out those responsibilities in a professional and confidential manner.

• Firefighter / Paramedic (Health Care)

  Under supervision of the Fire Captain, the Firefighter A & Paramedic License accomplishes a variety of duties in the protection of life and property. Participates in the combating, extinguishing and prevention of fires as well as providing emergency medical care; rescue and protection of individuals from hazardous environments. Maintains fire station, grounds, and equipment, participates in fire prevention inspection, fire prevention, and suppression training.

• Manager Accounting (Finance/Accounting)

  Under the direction of the Senior Manager, General Ledger, the Manager, Accounting oversees the accounting processes required to maintain accurate financial records for the Tribe and tribal owned entities, in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as they apply to governmental accounting. This position is responsible for managing the accounting team to address tight deadlines and ensures the completion of a multitude of accounting activities across the enterprise.

• Creative Services Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the direction of Director, Marketing Services, the Manager, Creative Services is responsible for making a dynamic and direct impact on the creative and technical development and implementation of our overall brand and digital presentations across various platforms. Responsible for the creative strategy while also contributing in the direction of the traditional marketing, production and design, and advertising initiatives for Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. The ideal candidate will also assist with demographic research, developing creative briefs and creating design concepts to meet the business objectives.

• Instructional Design Specialist (Sales & Marketing)

Employs strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video, and audio to communicate and educate our talent.

• Sr. IT Business Services Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction Manager, IT Business Services, the Sr. IT Business Services Analyst will provide operational, product, and technology services for the assigned business units and systems. rives to maximize the efficiency of the enterprise through the application of technology by partnering with assigned business units. Manages and supports the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities involving tribal and off-site entertainment events, administrative support for event center booking and other event activities on behalf of the enterprise. Performs tasks on special projects and events at off-site worksites. the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• IT Service Desk Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the supervision of the Supervisor, IT Operations, the Service Desk Analyst I ensures proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, creating, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreements (SLA) expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as assisting individuals or providing in-person, hands-on help with technical issues. This role will primarily be tasked with providing support, including walk-ins, over-the-phone support, screen sharing or remote control, live chat support, or email support.

• Direct Investment Analyst (Finance/Accounting)

  Under the direction of the Director of Direct Investments, the Direct Investments Analyst analyzes new investment opportunities and monitors an existing portfolio of gaming, hospitality and real estate assets comprised of approximately 2,000 hotel rooms and more than 1 million square feet of Class A industrial logistics real estate.
