  Table Games Dealer School (Entry Level/Non-Experienced Dealers) Position Purpose The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games (Entry Level/Non- Experienced) is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. • Assistant Pastry Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Assistant Chef - Pastry is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in all pastry production for the property outlets. • Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  The Cashier is responsible giving correct change, accurately counting and recording assigned funds, verifying and documenting personal information for all transactions. Cashiers are responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests and team members in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner; compute all monetary transactions, maintains accurate transactions and auditable balancing practices. The beginning and end of shifts count down and balance amounts to the impress bank. 

• Staff Accountant I - Mobile Greyhound Racing (Finance/Accounting)

  The Staff Accountant I position performs a variety of accounting activities in support of the Accounting department. The job duties require general knowledge of accounting concepts and practices.

• EMT Officer (Security)

  The primary role of this position is as a Security Officer. The Security/EMT Officer is responsible for the safety of the guests, employees and visitors, and the security and control of the casino’s property and its assets. The Officer will also provide EMT support for any medical emergencies that may occur and provide initial response for all medical incidents.

  The primary responsibility of the Senior Internal Auditor is to plan, supervise and perform assigned audits and special projects in diverse and complex operational and functional areas, working independently but under the direction of the Internal Audit Manager.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.

• EDR Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook is responsible for the timely preparation of food items for customers according to written or printed orders.  Sets up line cooking stations.  Prepares menu items at proper cook stations including pantry, grill, broiler, sauté, and garde manger. Assembles food onto dishes according to written specifications, adhering to quality standards. Exercises proper handling of food items, maintain an organized work area, and maintains order in all refrigeration and storage areas.

• Coffee & Yogurt Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facilities

• Beverage Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facilities

• House Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Hotel House Attendant performs an array of tasks that make guests feel welcome and important, most notably by maintaining clean corridors, delivering guest request items and restocking supplies/equipment.

• Facility Operations Shift Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Facilities Maintenance Shift Manager provides supervisory level work assignments. Chiefly, acts as coach, trainer, and leader building skill levels of all on crew by example and demonstration. Frequently performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Hotel and Casino buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This position is a Shift Manager level position.

  The Soft Count Attendant must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the gaming operation and is responsible for adequately and accurately handling currency transactions. Must be competent, dependable, and trustworthy.

• Teller (Finance/Accounting)
