Dealer - Table Games
(Table Games)
The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Position Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Bar Porter is to provide unmatched customer service through the efficient and thorough completion of their tasks, including but not limited to: keeping all bar areas clean, removal of trash, and helping in operation of the Beverage Department in any other way. The primary responsibility of the Agent - Surveillance is to operate department surveillance equipment to observe, document and report all activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Kiosk Attendant
(Finance/Accounting)
The primary responsibility of the Kiosk Attendant is to service and supply coin and cash to the casino ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks in accordance with established procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Officer - Security
(Security)
The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Anticipates potential problems and seeks ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Player Services Representative
(Sales & Marketing)
The primary responsibility of the Representative – Player Services is to provide excellent guest service, exchange cash and chips for guests, issue counter checks at the gaming tables, assist guests with player card transactions, and make payouts to guests on winning Table, Slot and Sportsbook wagers in accordance with established procedures. Representative – Players Services is required to balance their cashier drawer at the end of their shift. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Specialist - Cleaning

The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed. The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Poker Room is to supervise poker games ensuring unmatched guest service, proper game pace, proper rake and compliance with all gaming and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) regulations and procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.
