• Cook II - Banquets (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Cook II - Banquets is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high-quality standard. • Dealer - Table Games (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games (Entry Level) is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Clerk - Soft Count (Finance/Accounting)

  The primary responsibility of the Clerk - Soft Count is to collect monies from slot machines, prepare the money to be processed, prepare reports and verify figures for accuracy. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Pastry Cook II - Chop House (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Pastry Cook II  is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

  The primary responsibility of the Cook I - Banquets is basic food preparation, cooking and storing to assist other culinary team members in preparation for service. • Shift Manager - Chop House (Food & Beverage)

  The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager - Chop House is to assist the Manager - Chop House in all aspects of the outlet /restaurant on a daily basis including, staffing and training, financial results and quality of service. Duties include but not limited to working hands-on with restaurant team members to ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service within the specific restaurant concept. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

• Spa Concierge - Female (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant - Female is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa.

• Specialist - Cleaning (Housekeeping)

  The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed.   All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Player Services Representative (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Representative – Player Services is to provide excellent guest service, exchange cash and chips for guests, issue counter checks at the gaming tables, assist guests with player card transactions, and make payouts to guests on winning Table, Slot and Sportsbook wagers in accordance with established procedures. Representative – Players Services is required to balance their cashier drawer at the end of their shift. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Administrator - IT Systems (Technology/IT)

  The primary responsibility of the Administrator - IT Systems (Administrator - Information Technology Systems) is to support the server, network and I-series hardware and operating systems. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) practices, and procedures. 

• Attendant - Linen Room (Housekeeping)

  The primary responsibility of the Attendant - Linen Room is to clean hotel and food & beverage laundry as scheduled. This is to be completed by efficient use of cleaning supplies and effective operation of the laundry equipment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility the Steward  is to ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of assigned back of house kitchens. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  The Massage Therapist will receive base pay with 20% commission and 20% gratuity ($60 per hour and up including base, commission and gratuity).The Massage Therapist performs professional body massage and treatments. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the body, have excellent massage techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train with the spa specific treatment protocols.

• Server - Banquets (Catering/Banquet)

  The primary responsibility of the Server - Banquets is to serve food and beverage as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) in a timely and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Executive Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Executive Sous Chef is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen personnel to ensure high quality of food, timeliness in food service, proper food and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary kitchen. Also required to train and develop sous chefs. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Attendant - TRU (Housekeeping)

  The primary responsibility of the Attendant - TRU is to service and supply coin and cash to the casino ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks in accordance with established procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Technician - Maintenance IV (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The primary responsibility of the Technician - Maintenance IV is to operate and maintain property machinery, HVAC and mechanical equipment in addition to providing general maintenance property-wide. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Attendant - Valet (Transportation)

  The primary responsibility of the Attendant - Valet is to represent Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) to arriving and departing Valet Parking guests while parking and retrieving guest’s vehicles at the casino and hotel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

• Technician - Maintenance I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The purpose of the Technician - Maintenance I is to provide general maintenance to interior and exterior areas of the property including grounds keeping, and general labor assignments. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

• Cosmetologist (Spa)

  The Cosmetologist is responsible for working with clients to help them achieve desired haircuts, hairstyles, and nail designs. Their duties include interacting with clients, performing beautification techniques and providing spa-like services to their clients. Cosmetologists work directly with clients, using their expertise to create designs and looks.

• Host - Player Development (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Host - Player Development is to direct and market (including telemarketing) potential qualified guests from both an established player following, assigned accounts and new accounts to the casino and to measure/rate their play at Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

  The primary responsibility of the Technician - Slots is to learn through on-the-job training and maintain slot machines to help minimize down time on the floor and to maximize floor space revenue.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
