The Assistant Casino Shift Manager is responsible for supporting the Casino Shift Manager in the overall operation of table games and slots. The Assistant Casino Shift Manager also plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the casino during their assigned shifts when the Casino Shift Manager is not present. This position involves overseeing gaming activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This job is also responsible for assisting and advising other departments managers, supervisors and company personnel when department head directors are not available to assure the successful performance of duties. The Assistant Casino Shift Manager will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. Additionally, they will assist in training slots and table games new employees and implementing operational procedures to maintain high standards of service.
