Enforces all Twin River Casino and state of Rhode Island policies and procedures to insure a safe, fair, and efficient operation. Enforces all policies to ensure safe, fair, and efficient operation of Bally's Tiverton, while providing excellent guest service throughout the facility.
Implements and oversees Audio and Visual requirements for entertainment acts and internal staff meetings. Responsible for assisting with the installation, evaluation, and maintenance of all audio and visual equipment on the property. Responsible for management of all entertainment production equipment.

To staff the Players Club booths and assist with executing all efforts of the Marketing department, including but not limited to, Direct Mail, Promotions, Events and Call Center
Responsible for providing an overall unique gaming experience to our guests.

Ability for the proficient use of currency counting equipment and 10-key adding machine.
The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising the operation and conduct of all table games as well as the training and supervision of dealers. Interact with customers on an individual basis.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the VLT Count Room. This includes exercising supervisory control over the Count Room Attendants, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all VLT, table games, mutuel and (sports betting) currency as well as completing all necessary paperwork and documentation as part of the balancing process.
Monitor casino and associated areas using video cameras, computer screens, monitors, digital recorders, access control systems, computer dispatch, video printers, switches, selectors, and direct observation to insure compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Strong computer skills including Windows, Excel and MS Office
Previous experience with ACSC player rating system preferred.
Enters and updates data into the current HRIS system for use by HR and Management. Sample list includes:
