• Executive Director Tribal Gaming Commission (Regulatory Compliance)

  Reporting directly to the Board of Gaming Commissioners, the Executive Director serves as the chief administrative and regulatory officer of the Tribal Gaming Commission. The position directs the Commission’s licensing, compliance, investigative, audit, and administrative functions; promotes regulatory independence and integrity; safeguards Tribal gaming assets; and supports compliance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), the Tribal-State Gaming Compact, National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) regulations and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), Tribal Gaming Ordinances, Commission regulations, System of Internal Control Standards (SICS), and other applicable federal, state, and Tribal requirements. • Red Falcon Lounge Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking sauces, meats, vegetables, and other foodstuffs in a restaurant using standardized recipes.  Serve prepared food using appropriate plates, cups, pans, bowls and trays to maintain customer appeal.  Clean and sanitize workstation making sure everything is properly covered, labeled, dated and rotated, to ensure service of quality and healthy food. • Showroom Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  This position is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino bar, lounge and /or other locations by performing the following duties.

• Tribal Gaming Commission Internal Auditor (Internal Audit)

  This position is responsible for overseeing all areas of the Casino Operation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal law and regulations. Makes recommendations to commence an investigation into any areas that are suspected of non-compliance. This position is of high sensitivity and integrity is of utmost importance.

• Stagehand (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This position is responsible for the day to day operational maintenance of the casino showroom, including sets, seating, lighting, sound, and cleanliness of the room. • Construction Accounting Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  This position manages construction accounting for capital projects and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, applicable regulatory and advisory requirements, and Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards. The Construction Accounting Manager serves as a sole contributor and coordinates closely with project stakeholders to support effective financial oversight and decision-making.

• Digital Marketing Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  This position is responsible for performing high-quality restoration, repair, and finishing of interior surfaces in residential and commercial environments. This includes expert preparation, installation, and finishing of drywall, as well as skilled application of paints, coating, textures, and surface treatments. The Specialist ensures all work meets client expectations, safety standards, and company quality guidelines. • Dispatcher (Security)

  This position is responsible for receiving emergency and routine calls for service; give information to the public; dispatch manpower; maintain logs of radio traffic and call for service; maintain system for storage and retrieval of related records. Responsible for video Surveillance of activities throughout the parking lots and observes any illegal activities.
