• Kitchen Dining Custodial Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under general supervision, responsible for the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the Resort and Casino kitchens, buffet areas, restaurants, concession area, lounge and related facilities, in accordance with management directives. The Custodial Supervisor is a working supervisor and is required to assume the same cleaning duties if the general custodial staff requires assistance.

• First Cook Bien Shur (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A skilled and passionate candidate with strong culinary background, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cuisine and service. As a First Cook, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in overseeing the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency are maintained. This role will involve supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety compliance in a fast paced, fine dining environment.

• Restaurant Host(ess) Sportsbar (Food & Beverage)

  The Restaurant Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for the guest entering the restaurant and bar. Primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and seating guest promptly. Assists in maintaining a clean and organized environment, working closely with the restaurant and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Cocktail Server Bien Shur (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, in multiple bars and restaurants. Primary duty will be to take and deliver drink and food orders efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and in adherence to all applicable regulations and guidelines with alcohol services.

• Bar Back Sportsbar (Food & Beverage)

  Support the efficient operations of multiple bars, casino floor drink stations, and restaurants. Assist bartenders and beverage servers in delivering exceptional service to guests by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations. Provides the bar and/or casino floor drink station areas with supplies and provides the bartenders and/or beverage servers with items upon request.

• EDR Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under general supervision, performs activities in support of the property food outlets. May work interchangeably as dictated by business.

• Spa Attendant (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the locker rooms and spa lounge areas, offers spa tours, and serves guests beverages upon request.

• Cocktail Server Pool Bar (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, in multiple bars and restaurants. Primary duty will be to take and deliver drink and food orders efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and in adherence to all applicable regulations and guidelines with alcohol services.

• Sales Associate Sandia Fuel (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the supervision of the Sales Floor Coordinator. Responsible for retail sales. Provides guest service and product information.

• Server - Council Room (Food & Beverage)

  Provides exceptional service and dining experiences to the guests. Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly service. Under general supervision, performs food and beverage activities in support of one of the restaurants in accordance with the respective outlet service guidelines.

• Public Areas Lead (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Lead performs custodial functions to ensure the cleanliness of the facility to include the casino, and other public and employee areas in accordance with management directives. In addition to the assigned custodial functions, the Public Areas Lead provides mentorship to public area attendants and assumes the role of Public Areas Supervisor in the Public Areas Supervisors’ absence.

• Coffee Kiosk Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  Under general supervision, performs activities in support of their assigned venue. This position creates the Sandia Resort & Casino experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

• Purchasing Clerk (Operations)

  Under general supervision, performs administrative clerical functions, places orders for goods and services and maintains all inventories for the Sandia Resort & Casino Facilities Department. Follows standard operating procedures for obtaining competitive quotes and complies with rules and regulations of the Pueblo of Sandia.

• Senior Companion Program Nurse Manager (Health Care)

  Manages the homecare program which provides supportive services for families of the frail, physically and/or medically compromised members of the community of the Pueblo of Sandia.
