• Manager Finance and Accounting - Palms Place (Finance/Accounting)

  Reporting to Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager Finance and Accounting- Palms Place oversees all financial aspects relating to Palms Place. This position would maintain accounting processes, ensure accurate billing to residents, and prepare budgets for the HOA and the building overall.

• General Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Working closely with the Assistant Chief Engineer, the Engineer (general) will play an important role by becoming thoroughly familiar with all phases of operation and maintenance necessary to operate the fire alarm system and repair all kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing. Performs all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data. Install new equipment and systems as directed. Maintain the facility through preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems.

• Cage Cashier - Level 1 (Finance/Accounting)

  The IT Technician role, working under the guidance the Director of IT, is responsible for assisting with all end user requests including: user provisioning/de-provisioning, hardware/software installs/troubleshooting/repairs, networking Moves/Adds/Changes, VoIP phone configurations/troubleshooting, in-house/vendor application troubleshooting/problem resolution. This role also must have documented customer service and communication skills.

• Hotel Guest Relations Agent (Overnight) (Guest Services)

• Sous Chef - Buffet (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef’s primary responsibility is all physical aspects of kitchen operation, supervision of kitchen personnel, preparation and serving of food, food and labor cost control, exceeding guests’ expectations as far as food quality and presentation. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

  Under the direction of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Ticket Representative holds responsibility for the complete ticketing process inclusive of selling, issuing, and receipt of tickets during events a Palms Casino Resort with a focus on Pearl Concert Theater. This position ensures an exceptional guest experience at all times while serving as a resource and a first point of contact for all events. The Box Office Ticket Representative maintains a friendly and professional demeanor while providing assistance as needed for all ticketing functions, inclusive of answering questions, handling guest complaints and resolving issues that arise. Box Office will only be open on show days beginning at 3pm, unless otherwise notified.

• Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  The Houseperson works as part of the housekeeping team. The houseperson help keep the hallways, and the rest of the hotels floors and doors clean. Provides assistance and support to the Guest Room Attendants. In addition to responding to guest requests and provide exceptional guest service.

• Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant works as part of the housekeeping team at the hotel. Job duties involve cleaning up to 15 guest rooms per day.

• Banquet Porter (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for the executing the preparation, set-up and tear down of banquet, meeting spaces and special event areas at the Palms. This may require moving furniture and stage platforms, lifting heavy objects such as chairs, tables, and dance floor sections and pushing/pulling carts and all other duties as determined by the Banquet Department Management team.   The Reservations and PBX agent is responsible for receiving in bound phone calls and booking future guest reservations and answering phone calls from in-house guests. Agent is responsible for handling guest requests in accordance to brand and service standards.

• Bartender - Pool Model (Bartender/Mixologist)

  As a Bartender, you will be responsible for being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections as well as maintaining the appearance of the bar.

  Reporting to the Supervisor Compliance (AML), the AML Compliance Analyst will assist in ensuring the Palms Resort & Casino is compliant with the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act as they pertain to Casinos. The AML Compliance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing system generated alerts to provide a comprehensive analysis of reviewed activity. Additionally, the AML Compliance Analyst performs required KYC and enhanced due diligence investigations for the company.
