Beth is president of Casino Careers, LLC. She has over 18 years of senior management experience in the gaming/hospitality industry and has opened two casino-hotel resorts. She has held the positions of Executive Director of Marketing (Trump Taj Mahal), Director of Human Resources (Tropicana Casino and Resort), and Director of Casino Administration (Tropicana AC & Bally's Grand/AC Hilton). She has a master's degree in Public Relations, a bachelor's degree in Communications, with minors in Journalism and Psychology. Beth is a graduate of the Babson College Human Resources Executive Program, as well as the Ramada Management Institute's Hospitality Management Program. She also possesses certification in Employee Relations Law, from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
Joe directs all office and recruitment operations of Casino Careers. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s talent acquisition services related to the Job Board and proprietary resume databases. He manages the Casino Careers staff who are responsible for maintaining client/job seeker support and employee sourcing. He works with team members to effectively utilize myriad resources to attract and identify new talent and works personally with the Employers who post jobs or initiate an executive search. Joe possesses over ten (10) years of hospitality industry experience, including five (5) years in a management role with an Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Resort, and four years as a Recruitment Manager and HR Specialist focused on gaming-hospitality recruitment. Joe majored in Communications at Stockton University and holds an Associate’s degree from Atlantic Cape Community College.
Dan oversees the Casino Careers marketing operations and business development through the implementation of marketing/promotional campaigns, identifying strategic business opportunities, establishing channels of information and communication with potential, current and past employers in the gaming-hospitality/technology industry and affiliated suppliers, vendors, tribal enterprises, and regulators. He maintains the corporate social media presence and is responsible for branding, advertising and working with the company graphic designer to prepare for trade shows and develop promotional collateral. Dan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Muhlenberg College. He possesses six (6) years of experience as a supervisor of casino hotel services.
Dan oversees IT operations of Casino Careers and is responsible for ensuring the security and maintaining the efficiency of all technology systems, including the web site, network, email, proprietary databases, hosting services, and company hardware. He ensures the functionality of all client/job seeker online services, such as the resume posting/application systems and employer recruitment tools. Dan works with the marketing specialist and graphic designer to enhance the web site's appearance, increase SEO, and update technology. Dan attended Rutgers Cook college before pursuing a career in information technology. He possesses over eight (8) years of experience working in many areas of the information technology field, from website maintenance and design to network and systems administration.
Danielle oversees career communications & marketing to ensure that clients’ opportunities are publicized with the appropriate resources. She specializes in identifying affiliates to widen the pool of qualified applicants for all positions listed on the Casino Careers Job Board. Danielle works closely with employers and uses print, electronic correspondence and social networks to communicate their career opportunities to job seekers. She is responsible for the development of alliances with educational institutions, professional associations/organizations and industry related trade shows. Danielle also analyzes client recruitment performance and company ROI. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University and experience as a senior auditor at a public accounting firm in Livingston, NJ.
Megan is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for Casino Careers/Gaming Hospitality Executive clients. She reviews job posting descriptions/requirements and communicates career opportunities to the appropriate professionals via affiliate recruitment resources and social networks. She refers applicants who possess the required skills, knowledge and experience to Employers. Megan's previous experience is in e-commerce, marketing events, and internet coordination for the New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG). She possesses a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers' Douglass College.
Mahmudul is responsible for graphic and web design. He creates all graphics related to the Casino Careers web site, including job seeker and Employer recruitment tools. He develops artwork for marketing promotional campaigns, social media, trade shows, and print/online advertisements. Mahmudul brings nine (9) years of experience as an accomplished graphics designer and web developer specializing in front-end and back-end development in a variety of platforms, languages and embedded systems. Mahmudul possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Asia Pacific in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
