• Assistant Director of Restaurants (Food & Beverage)

  This position requires a tactical leader who executes our strategies that make us an operationallysuperior restaurant environment. The Assistant Director- Restaurants is expected to demonstrateour leadership competencies, every day. This includes responsibility for opening newrestaurants; ensuring that current restaurants are continuously successful and profitable;monitoring of financial and budgetary transactions to ensure efficient operation and expenditureswithin budget limitations; developing marketing strategies with implementation of advertisingand promotional campaigns to enhance business and customer satisfaction; and, establishingcustomer service standards.

  The Director of Marketing coordinates with the external marketing agency to oversee the development and execution of the property's marketing plan. Responsible for the overall direction and management of all marketing activities including player development, casino services, host services, entertainment, transportation services, and customer database.

• EVS / Casino Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  While maintaining a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards our guests, this position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the casino public areas and public restrooms and providing information to guests.

• F&B Azul Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direction of the Head Cook, the Cook performs a variety of tasks and duties which include preparing, seasoning and cooking, while conforming to food safety standards.

• F&B Host / Cashier - Azul (Food & Beverage)

  The Host/Cashier performs a dual role serving as cashier and hosting guests. Assigned role changes from day to day depending on business needs. The host/cashier is responsible for meeting, greeting and welcoming guests to the venue. When cashiering, this position is responsible for obtaining proper payment for guest meals. When hosting, this position will ensure guests are seated in a timely fashion by rotating seating to servers in a fair and consistent manner. While performing the duties of this position, either it being cashiering or hosting, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests.

  Under the direction of the Head Cook, the Cook performs a variety of tasks and duties which include preparing, seasoning and cooking, while conforming to food safety standards.

• F&B Red Sky Dining Room Attendant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for assisting the service staff in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest dining areas and restaurant beverage stations. When necessary this position will be required to work as a cashier, it either being to cover breaks or an entire shift. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

• F&B Red Sky Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for washing restaurant equipment and utensils and assisting with maintenance of kitchen area.

• F&B Red Sky Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Expo and Food Runner are responsible for supporting restaurant servers and making sure the plates are assembled correctly before leaving the kitchen and in carrying food items to designated tables. Their duties include communicating with servers to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the right table and helping with cleanup duties, if time allows, after the conclusion of service. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

• F&B Red Sky Prep Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direction of the Head Cook, the Prep Cook performs a variety of tasks and duties which include preparing, seasoning and cooking, while conforming to food safety standards.

• Facilities Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Supervises:Maintenance Supervisors, General Maintenance, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters,Refrigeration Specialist, and Preventive Maintenance Supervisor, Tool Crib Clerk

• Hotel Valet and Bellhop Supervisor (Transportation)

  Job Summary:Assists the reporting Shift Manager in directing and supervising the daily operational activitiesof Valet Drivers, Bell Staff, and Trolley Drivers operations within the established guidelines andproperty standards and ensure consistent, prompt, courteous service is provided for a completeguest satisfaction.

• Players Club Supervisor (Sales & Marketing)
