• Assistant Director of Restaurants (Food & Beverage)

  This position requires a tactical leader who executes our strategies that make us an operationallysuperior restaurant environment. The Assistant Director- Restaurants is expected to demonstrateour leadership competencies, every day. This includes responsibility for opening newrestaurants; ensuring that current restaurants are continuously successful and profitable;monitoring of financial and budgetary transactions to ensure efficient operation and expenditureswithin budget limitations; developing marketing strategies with implementation of advertisingand promotional campaigns to enhance business and customer satisfaction; and, establishingcustomer service standards.

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Accurately processes transactions for internal and external guests while maintaining a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude throughout each transaction. Responsible for safeguarding company assets and adhering to all Casino and Cage policies and procedures.

• EGD Shift Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Work with management to fulfill objectives and goals within the EGD Department. Oversee the activities of floor attendants during scheduled shifts.

• EGD Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Performs EGD changes as directed and required to provide an exciting, entertaining, welcoming and safe environment to our guests while maintaining gaming integrity.

• Entertainment Specialist (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Job Summary:The Entertainment Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of allentertainment-related events at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel. This role ensures smoothoperations for concerts, live performances, special events, and appearances - enhancing theoverall guest experience, and supporting the property's entertainment and marketing objectives.The position requires strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills, witha focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• EVS / Casino Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  While maintaining a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards our guests, this position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the casino public areas and public restrooms and providing information to guests.

• EVS, Assistant Manager (Housekeeping)

  Responsible for assisting the EVS Manager and directing cleaning functions of building and grounds. This position ensures cleanliness and a healthy work environment by managing the activities, routines, necessary tools/materials, programs and training of EVS staff.

• F&B Azul Dining Room Attendant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for assisting the service staff in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest dining areas and restaurant beverage stations. When necessary this position will be required to work as a cashier, it either being to cover breaks or an entire shift. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

• F&B Azul Host / Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  The Host/Cashier performs a dual role serving as cashier and hosting guests. Assigned role changes from day to day depending on business needs. The host/cashier is responsible for meeting, greeting and welcoming guests to the venue. When cashiering, this position is responsible for obtaining proper payment for guest meals. When hosting, this position will ensure guests are seated in a timely fashion by rotating seating to servers in a fair and consistent manner. While performing the duties of this position, either it being cashiering or hosting, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests.

• F&B Azul Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  The server provides an excellent dining experience to our diversified guests in various casino restaurants and food venues while maintaining extensive food and beverage knowledge and providing great guest service. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

• Hotel, Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Responsible for the appropriate inventory and distribution of clean linens for guest rooms while maintaining the company's high standards of quality and service.

• Poker Dealer (Table Games)

  The Poker Dealer is responsible for dealing poker games to guests and promoting excellent guest service.

• Hotel, Front Services Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Job Summary:Assists the reporting Shift Manager in directing and supervising the daily operational activitiesof Valet Drivers, Bell Staff, and Trolley Drivers operations within the established guidelines andproperty standards and ensure consistent, prompt, courteous service is provided for a completeguest satisfaction.
