What will you do?

• Greet guests, communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guests
• Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service
• Prepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment, or direct guests to the cashier
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months’ previous related experience
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
• Basic math skills

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balanc,e and carry trays, weighing up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
