  • Must be able to make decisions in a timely manner for cage operations per Colorado ICMP’S and Cage Policy and Procedures
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the cage
  • Responsible for hiring and terminating
  • Responsible for training and corrective counseling as needed
  • Responsible for schedules and payroll correctness
  • Responsible for outgoing deposits and order money as deemed necessary
  • Follows the direction of the head of finance assigning duties as needed.
  • Responsible for Title 31 transaction tracking and reporting.


  • Knowledge of ICMP’S and Cage Policy and Procedures
  • Able to work with CDOG as needed
  • Able to work cooperatively with co-workers and other departments
  • Able to work closely with casino management
  • Must be able to fulfill all cage, cage lead, coin room, main bank and Cage Supervisor requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


  • Must be able to fulfill all cage, cage lead, coin room, main bank and cage supervisor requirements
  • To ensure cage operations are run within CDOG Requirements and Cage Policy and Procedures. Oversee cage cashiers and supervisors

  • Colorado Key Gaming License


  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Proficient in money handling.


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Proficient with 10 Key by touch.

Bally’s Black Hawk North Casino is owned and operated by Bally's Corporation. Its 18,000 sq ft gaming space is spread over three floors.

The casino floor offers over 400 slot machines including new themes, classic reel slot and video poker. Table players enjoy live-action on 8 table games featuring Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette.  There is also a High Limit area on the 2nd floor of the casino.  The casino features a Sportsbook and a Sportsbook Bar, with a large video wall, 11 additional TVs, 8 sports betting kiosks and 2 off-track betting terminals, and a VIP Lounge.
