The Facility Ops Secretary is responsible for general office duties. The Secretary is expected to perform all duties and responsibilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Administration and support of departmental Core Values Program. This will require well developed organizational skills, superior people skills, and attention to detail
- Capture and recording employee training and attendance
- Team Member Concern tracking
- Timely evaluation calendar and documentation
- Departmental Recognition Program
- Fun Event Planning and production
- Team Member Performance documentation
- Capture, coding, and data entry of Departmental Workforce Production and Work Order Tracking
- Administration of departmental work schedules, shift manning plans, leave scheduling, training scheduling
- Administration of Service Value Focus program, training schedules, exercises
- Administration of fleet vehicles, ensuring that scheduled maintenance is timely performed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment- required
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older- required
- One (1) year of Purchasing experience- required
- Twelve (12) months Administrative / Clerical experience in an office setting supporting multiple members of management- required
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook); must be able to create tables, graphs and create formulas in Excel (skills test will be administered and a passing score of 70 or better must be achieved) - required
- Must have a current State driver’s license and an insurable driving record; for purposes of driving company vehicles- required
- Experience in customer relations or guest services- preferred
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment – phones, computers, etc.
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
