Position: Table Games Supervisor
Department: Table Games
Reports to: Table Games Director
FLSA Status: Full Time Salary-Exempt
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Casino Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience required with a minimum of three years of leadership experience in table games operations.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service levels and a proven track record of maximizing revenues while controlling labor and other operating expenses.
- Experience with and knowledge of applicable gaming regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
- Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge of various electronic gaming and player tracking Management and support systems preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Essential Job Functions:

- Monitors, directs, and supervises dealers and observes table action for adherence to casino policies and various regulatory agencies’ regulations.
- Assists Department Director in the overall operation of the Table Games Department.
- Ensures Table Games Department meets operational goals.
- Conducts Table Games Training Program and seminars directed at developing and enhancing team member skills.
- Instruct team members on table assignments.
- Maintains proper table banks through fills and credits.
- Oversee table closure and openings.
- Perform table inventory procedures at shift change.
- Changes cards at tables and regularly inspects for irregularities.
- Ensures that the dealers controls game pace for assigned games.
- Reviews and verifies all payouts.
- Prepare all necessary reports at the end of each shift to maintain the efficient operation of the department.
- Ensures that employees in the Table Games Department understand and are accountable for their area(s) of responsibility. Acts as a role model for employees and fosters teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
- Promotes outstanding guest relations.
- Ensures that all department employees are adhering to the attendance policy.
- Ensures that all department employees are in compliance with appearance standards.
- Ensures that all department employees understand the Eye-Hi-Goodbye Program and are complying with the program.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
- Monitors performance standards regularly.
- Assists in determining work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Issues written and oral instructions.
- Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
- Understand and comply with the Eye, hi, Goodbye program
- Regular attendance is required

The employee may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with extremely irate or difficult guests or staff members. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate. Flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.

About Apache Casino Hotel
Apache Casino Hotel located in Lawton, Oklahoma, is owned by the Ft. Sill Apache Tribe, a federally recognized Native American tribe of Chiricahua Warm Springs Apache in Oklahoma. The tribe is headquartered in Apache, OK and has 650 members.

Our casino offers over 860 classic reel games, video slots, video poker, five-reel games, and a variety of progressives. It also features 9 table games which include Blackjack, Craps, Progressive Three Card Poker and Progressive Ultimate Texas Hold ‘em.
Hotel
The hotel offers 132 rooms and suites, 2,500 sq. ft. of meeting/banquet space, and exercise facility, and pool. Food & beverage venues include the 360 Restaurant, a family-style or upscale restaurant with table service, the Apache Grill, the Loft Bar, as well as the Summit Coffee.
Event Center
Our facility also provides a 1,200 seat multi-purpose Event Center, featuring top of the line entertainers and offering a venue for local, regional and national concerts, banquets, trade shows, and expos.
