The Team:

The purpose of the Customer Marketing Team is to develop clear strategies for growth from a rich understanding of our venture performance, customers, competitors and the environment in which we operate as a business.

The Customer Marketing Team leads the cross functional development and delivery of a powerful and joined up customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Strategy: Leads cross functional development of the Customer Strategy. The Customer Strategy articulates the growth opportunities for Bally’s Interactive UK/ES based on a deep understanding of customers, competitors and our current performance
  • Customer Calendar and Go to market: Develops and owns the overall customer calendar and drives cross functional activity by quarter.
  • Venture Strategy: Develops the commercial marketing strategy for each of our ventures. The venture commercial marketing strategy provides a rich understanding of venture performance and identifies where growth opportunities exist.
  • Brand Strategy: Owns the brand strategy for each of our ventures. The brand strategy defines what the venture wants to be famous for in customers minds and helps inform product development, customer experience, positioning and communications.
  • End to End Venture Experience: Works with cross functional teams within and outside of marketing to ensure that each venture has a seamless end to end customer experience and joined up customer conversation.
  • Customer Insight: Provides rich customer insight that will help make better informed decisions. Includes CSAT, Brand Health and qual and quant studies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Develops and leads a high performing team
  • Marketing Leadership Team (MLT): As a member of the MLT, provides a rich and exciting environment for the Marketing team for UK & ES.

Skills & Experience

  • A commercial marketer: Has led P&L’s or been very close to them. Understands the commercials that drive revenue and profit and the levers to accelerate the results.
  • Strategic: Knows how to develop strategies for commercial and customer growth.
  • Analytical: Very comfortable with numbers and analysing and tracking results.
  • Insights: Has used insights intensely to fuel strategy and measure success.
  • Broad marketer: Has a good understanding of all marketing levers including; CRM, Product, Comm.
  • Digital: Has worked in digital businesses and knows how to move the needle in that environment.
  • Brand Strategy: Believes that brand strategy informs everything not just comms – and knows how to develop and execute them.
  • Connecting with customers: Knows how to connect with customers through powerful communication. Has developed best in class advertising in digital (and traditional) formats.
