Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Responsible for processing weekly and daily schedules for the Housekeeping and EVS Departments by maintaining, editing, and updating payroll and maintaining daily payroll labor costs.
- Processes and revises vacations and floating holidays.
- Tracks open stations and overtime when needed. Coordinates and processes leaves of absences.
- Actively listens and gathers questions, ideas, complains and opinions from Team Members.
- Updates attendance records.
- Supports all aspects of the Housekeeping department by assisting the Executive Housekeeper with any task put forth.
Qualification Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience required or relevant work experience acceptable.
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Knowledge of personal computers and able to type, utilize Excel and Word programs.
- Knowledge of LMS400 and Kronos.
- Able to speak and read English; bilingual is a plus.
- Must be able to multi task and file. Has a strong mathematic skill.
- Able to communicate well with guests, Team Members and management from their department as well as others.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
