Starting Wage $15.00 Per Hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Operate grounds and facilities equipment

2. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions

3. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing blue prints

4. Troubleshoot and solve practical problems

5. Climb ladders and scaffolding

6. Must be able to use stairwells to go from floor to floor

7. Able to timely and efficiently respond to all drills and emergencies

8. May be required to perform other duties as assigned

9. Must be able to tolerate area of second hand smoke

10. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

11. Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends.

12. Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience working with generators, UPS systems, chillers, air handlers, and fire alarm systems is a plus.

Education And/Or Experienc

E

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission License. Obtain/maintain a valid state Drivers license. Must be able to qualify and maintain the status of an insurable driver for the company vehicles.
