The Lead Dishwasher assists in the training of new dishwashers. Clarifies procedures and instructions with new dishwashers. Washes dishes, pots, and pans for the deli and restaurant dining room. Generally keeps dish room neat and organized. Helps kitchen workers when needed. Position starts at $16.81/hr and increases to $17.34/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
Education:
High School diploma or GED recommended.
Experience:
Prior kitchen experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/TRAININGS REQUIRED:
- Class IIIB Gaming License
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Title 31 and SARC
- Sexual Harassment
- Must be able to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
