Job Description

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for assisting in the execution of a variety of casino Events and Promotions like drawings, promotions, bus intake, players club assistance, concerts, etc. This is an Entry Level position.

  • FAST: Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.
  • FRIENDLY: Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests.
  • FUN: Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver excellent customer service and the best possible experience to casino guests at nightly events. 
  • Provide guests with correct information about daily events including, dates, times and ticket prices.
  • Possess an outgoing, positive, ambitious and team player mentality.
  • Set-up and maintain an impeccable physical standard of the venue and entertainment work space.
  • Maintain proper signage at the front desk and throughout the venue.
  • Establish good rapport and relationships with patrons by giving them the opportunity to participate in nightly prize drawings. 
  • Announce nightly prize drawings to an audience.   
  • Utilize Ticket fly database nightly for booth reservations and for ticketed events.
  • Fulfill scheduled booth reservations for guests on day of show in a prompt manner.
  • Act as artist liaison (if necessary).
  • Can multi-task and maintain composure during high profile events.
  • Solve guest issues in a positive manner and deliver an effective solution.

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, personable with a positive attitude  
  • Previous experience and/or strong desire to learn about events, promotions and marketing.
  • Computer literate with an aptitude to learn new programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Must be available varied times & days of the week and may be asked to work on – call for certain events.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle many tasks at once.
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Educational Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for a long period of time with basic range of motion (bending, twisting, reaching etc.).
  • Ability to speak for a long period of time.
  • Ability to lift 20 to 30lbs.

Working Conditions

  • 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees
  • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
  • You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
