Become a part of the excitement! RW Catskills is looking to expand their pre-opening Slot Services Operations team responsible for the $1.2 billion, 18-story hotel and entertainment complex being built in Monticello, New York, located just 90 miles outside of New York City.
The Shift Manager Slot Services is responsible for supervising Operations team members and overseeing the daily procedures of the Slot Operations department while following and implementing company policies, rules, and regulations of a designated shift.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or guest services in a hospitality or retail environment preferred
- 1 year in a supervisor/manager role in a high volume, complex resort casino environment
- High School diploma or GED required

The resort property will also include upscale spa and fitness amenities, 10 varied bar and restaurant experiences, two indoor pools, meeting rooms, and event space.
In late 2018, the entertainment village is expected to open and provide additional entertainment, food and accommodations. In spring 2019, a Rees Jones-redesigned 18-hole golf course is anticipated to debut as well.
