Reporting to the Vice President of Consumer Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will create, drive and manage the on and off property digital strategy and digital customer experience for Resorts World Catskills. These digital channels managed will include, but are not limited to, our company website, social media channels, partner websites, display advertising, slot machine service screens, mobile apps, elevator screens, hotel televisions and property digital screens, and kiosks.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience within a marketing role managing high-level projects across multiple digital channels, for multiple stakeholders. Experience within a casino environment a plus
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or Communications or related field and/or a combination of relevant experience and education with a minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent work experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission
