Employment offers for South Bend positions will continue through the opening of this location in early 2018

Operates and maintains audio, video and lighting systems.
* Knowledgeable and experienced in the setup, programming and operation of all audio, video and lighting systems. Includes conventional stage lighting and controllers, analogue and digital audio systems, and video systems.
* Under the direction of the Entertainment Manager, facilitates the requests and special needs of contracted production personnel.
* Operates or assists in the operation of all audio/video systems during entertainment performances, group functions and/or events.
* Inspects technical equipment to verify that it is in safe and reliable operating condition. Informs Entertainment Manager with recommendations for equipment maintenance.
* Able to resolve general audio/visual concerns, specific electronic and show control systems.
* Operates and maintains audio levels on casino floor, including PBX, wireless microphones and special promotional music/announcements.
* Ability to operate audio mixing consoles, computer control systems, equalizers, compressors, gates, digital processors, frequency dividers, audio processors, and other production electronics, audio and lighting systems.
* Ability to program and manually run modern light consoles, including programming robotic lighting systems.
* Other duties as assigned.

Associates degree or equivalent in Audio Visual Communications, Theatrical Production or related field; two to three years related stage sound systems or electronics experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiar with and able to properly operate audio mixing consoles, computer control systems, equalizers, compressors, gates, digital processors, frequency dividers, audio processors and tape machines. Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software preferred.
Excellent communications skills and organizational skills required. Must be computer-literate with basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical manuals. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings, both with employees and outside vendors.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. A casino environment is typically smoky.

Four Winds South Bend, located in South Bend, IN, is scheduled to be complete in early 2018.  The first phase of the 175,000 square ft. gaming facility will include a casino, four restaurants, a player's lounge, coffee shop, bars, retail outlets and a parking garage.  

The 55,000 sq. ft casino will include 1,800 slot games, including progressives which are linked to slot machines in other casinos around the country and produce life-changing jackpots.
