Become a part of the excitement! RW Catskills is looking to expand their pre-opening Purchasing team responsible for the $1.2 billion, 18-story hotel and entertainment complex being built in Monticello, New York, located just 90 miles outside of New York City.
The Senior Buyer will be responsible or the procurement of goods to support the Food & Beverage and daily operations in the Casino resort.
Experience required includes 3- 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage and purchasing preferably for a large establishment in hospitality, or an equivalent combination of experience.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
· 3 - 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage and purchasing preferably for a large establishment in hospitality, or an equivalent combination of experience
· Pre-opening experience preferred
· B.A./B.S with an emphasis in a related field and/or a combination of experience and education with a minimum of 5 years
· Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission

In late 2018, the entertainment village is expected to open and provide additional entertainment, food and accommodations. In spring 2019, a Rees Jones-redesigned 18-hole golf course is anticipated to debut as well.
