Administrative Coordinator will serve as the direct liaison within divisions in Resorts World Catskills to provide assistance to our multiple departments including HR, Table Games, and Casino Operations.
This includes but is not limited to:
Liaison for Divisions/Core Administration:
Works hand-in-hand with the divisional administrators and Business Partners in HR to coordinate and process all staff hires which may include hiring procedures, reviewing licenses and relevant documents, sending departmental emails and other clerical functions as assigned
Coordinate all aspects of onboarding available positions. Work directly with units to secure position description, pre-approvals and credentialing information to begin the onboarding process. Will provide constant communication on status of appointments and will work together with central offices to secure a timely hire of staff.
Maintains Database of all appointments and produces the status reports to be used by the Senior Staff.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
- Administrative and/or Clerical experience working in a high volume office
- Must be organized, professional, and computer savvy
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
