• Entertainment Manager (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Entertainment Manager is responsible for securing and implementing world class entertainment and special events on the national, regional, and local level for the Isleta Resort & Casino, in addition to supporting the Marketing Department. 

• Table Games Shift Manager (Table Games)

  Responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day Table Games operations, functions, and personnel on an assigned shift while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees &  guests. Ensures department is properly staffed and motivated to exceed the Isleta Resort and Casino’s goals and objectives. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.    

• Electrician III (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and distribution systems.  All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Sound Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Sound Technician will play a crucial role in setting up, operating, and dismantling Isleta Resort and Casino’s live sound system, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing the soundboard and other audio equipment to maintain correct sound levels and a well-balanced mix, ensuring optimal sound quality for both performers on stage and the audience. Additionally, they will establish user requirements to guarantee the reliability, availability, integrity, and security of the resort's AV operations. Oversight of general maintenance ensures that all audio and video equipment, including the sound system and associated equipment, cables, and connections, are functioning properly for daily operations.

• Slots Technician Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Responsible for the monitoring, overseeing, and administering efficient repair, technical and nontechnical maintenance, installation and removal, and general operation of the Isleta Resort and Casino’s slot machines while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.  Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations. 

• Night Agent Hotel (Overnight) (Guest Services)

  Responsible for organizing accounting distributions and all transaction back-up for each end-of-day guest cycle. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests. 

• Table Games Floor Supervisor (Table Games)

  Responsible for the monitoring, oversight, and administering of the day-to-day Table Games operations, to include but not limited to, conducting Poker derivative, Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, and Roulette games while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

• Table Games Dealer (Table Games)

  Responsible for dealing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, Pai-Gow, Craps, Roulette and other table games while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino’s guests.

• Count Member (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the drop/count requirements for Slots, Poker, Table Games and Kiosk machines while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guest.

• Slots Floor Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance of all slot machines located on the gaming floor or elsewhere while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

  Responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance, minor and major repair of all Slot components of all slot machines as well as training Slot Technicians while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

• Systems Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Responsible for analyzing, documenting and coordinating projects for specific business needs while working with key stakeholders. Coordinates efforts for system and user administration to ensure the reliability, availability, integrity and security of data within the IT infrastructure.   Responsible for assuring the network and telecom needs of Isleta Resort and Casino are met through design, implementation and maintenance of the LAN/WAN.   Composes, organizes, and edits technical documents under the direction of the Director of Compliance. Assists with administering Isleta Resort & Casino’s BSA/AML program.

• Players Club Supervisor (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for supporting the Player Development Manager and Player’s Club Assistant Manager in the supervision, management, and execution of Players Club operations, encompassing the Players Club and associated systems, promotions, and special events.   Responsible for answering, routing and making reservations for a variety of calls in an inbound call center environment while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.  

• Heavy Duty Cleaning Tech (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning of the Isleta Resort and Casino.  These duties include floor stripping/refinishing, carpet cleaning, and extraction; this also includes the Spa areas.  Heavy Duty Technicians are responsible for areas that may not necessarily be maintained by the Custodial Porters.  This responsibility is extended primarily to the exterior perimeter of the building extending 10’ to 20’ out and including the compactor area.  All other exterior grounds and surrounding areas of the Isleta Resort and Casino are the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Department. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Custodian (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: Responsible for performing custodial and other miscellaneous duties to ensure the Isleta Resort and Casino’s buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary mannerwhile promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and  guests.

• Main Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for the documentation and recording of all transactions that occur in the Cage’s Main Bank and Vault during their assigned shift; performs reconciliation to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all monies received and distributed   while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for performing complex cashiering functions that support the Isleta Resort and Casino’s gaming operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

• Surveillance Agent (Security)

  Responsible for protecting the Isleta Resort and Casino’s assets to include, but is not limited to, employees, vendors, and patrons by way of observing and reporting, truthfully, concisely, accurately and completely, all activities throughout the Isleta Resort and Casino. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino guest while ensuring the integrity of the employees’ vendors, patrons and games offered the gaming operation.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Directly supports the Restaurant Chef and/or Executive Chef. Responsible for the preparation of all food products for the Isleta Resort and Casino venues while ensuring all specifications and standards are satisfied. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day Culinary and Stewarding Department’s operations, personnel, customer service, fiscal management, and administration while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Actively exercises managerial responsibility for all department internal controls and regulatory requirements.   Responsible for maintaining, improving, and performing periodic maintenance on the water and irrigation system(s) while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Supervisor F & B (Food & Beverage)

  The primary responsibility is for efficient and proper operations of various food outlets including, but not limited Deli, Bingo, Fun Connection, Palace West, Employee Dining Room and Stewarding Operations. Exhibit knowledge of product lines, prices and full awareness of safety, Sanitary laws and regulations. Provides efficient and smooth customer service according to the standards required by the Isleta Resort and Casino. • HVAC Tech II (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The objective of this position is to inspire and promote continuing education and on the job training. Responsible for performing basic repair and preventative maintenance for all HVAC equipment at company owned buildings in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations, under close to moderate supervision. Must have previous training and work history in an HVAC discipline with a mechanical maintenance background. Equipment includes, but is not limited to air handlers, package units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, pumps, refrigeration and freezer units. Knowledge of Tracer Summit System (TRANE) and/or other energy management systems would be helpful. Must have a willingness to learn, be trained and receive instruction based on company specific requirements.  All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
