• Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (Finance/Accounting)

  An excellent CFO opportunity for a CPA or if you possess a master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, with 7-10 yrs. of direct accounting experience & 5 years of Finance and/or Audit Management experience in the gaming industry!

  Responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s finance division’s personnel, customer service, fiscal management, IT, Compliance, Purchasing, and administration while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests. 

• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Front Desk, Valet and Call Center operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of production.

• Count Member (Finance/Accounting)

  The Count member is responsible for performing the Drop and accurately counting while recording the revenue generated from various gaming activities within Isleta Resort & Casino. This position also ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures, while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Paymaster (Finance/Accounting)

  The Bingo Paymaster records all Bingo prize winners throughout the session and issues the prize payout to the Bingo Floor Clerks all while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

• Assistant Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Restaurant and Banquets operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures department is properly staffed and motivated to exceed the Isleta Resort and Casino’s goals and objectives. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of play.

• Assistant Superintendent (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Responsible for assisting the Isleta Golf Club Superintendent in administering, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day  Golf and Grounds Department’s operations, personnel, and customer service while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employee and guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.    

• Slots Floor Attendant (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Responsible for safeguarding monies, keys, and properties while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Slots Shift Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Responsible for the monitoring, overseeing, and administering Slots operations, functions, and personnel on an assigned shift while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Food Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for the setup, operation, and closing of all front of the house snack bar areas, including food preparation, food service and dining areas.  Must be able to handle all guest requests.

• Valet Attendant (Transportation)

  Responsible for providing courteous valet parking, transportation and luggage services while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.

• Spa Supervisor (Spa)

  Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Spa operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests. Ensures department is properly staffed and motivated to exceed the Isleta Resort and Casino’s goals and objectives. Monitors and maintain the integrity of the Spa.

• Spa Manager (Spa)

  Responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day Spa Department’s operations, personnel, customer service, fiscal management, and administration while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests. Actively exercises managerial responsibility for all department internal controls and regulatory requirements. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

• Information Security Manager (Technology/IT)

  Responsible for the availability, safety, confidentiality and integrity of Isleta Resort and Casino’s Information Technology assets. Responsible for recommending and implementing information security policies and procedures. Takes care of the day-to-day IT security operations, conducts threat and risk analysis and provides essential suggestions for threat response. Serves as a primary advisor on information security issues.

• Main Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for the documentation and recording of all transactions that occur in the Cage’s Main Bank and Vault during their assigned shift; performs reconciliation to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all monies received and distributed   while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.
