• Venue Kitchen Lead (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for ensuring maximum guest service satisfaction, by orchestrating, through the team, production of quality food/Beverage and in accordance with Grand Casino’s high standards of service. 

• Gift Shop Ambassador (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for greeting and assisting guests in a courteous manner and promoting and upselling Retail merchandise, thereby ensuring that consistent revenue is generated in retail shops.

• Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  In the role of Maintenance Engineer I, your responsibilities will encompass repair and maintenance tasks, as well as overseeing lawncare and snow removal for Circle Sage properties. This primarily pertains to properties situated within the Hinckley regional area but may extend to other properties when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to operate independently without daily supervision, excel in multitasking, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, maintain excellent safety practices, and demonstrate a self-starting attitude.

• Banquets Catering Coordinator (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction, by orchestrating, through the Banquet team, production and service of quality food and providing the Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures standards of excellence in all phases of banquet service.

• Casino Cleaning (Housekeeping)

  Responsible for implementing and ensuring all casino Environmental Services (EVS) operations on assigned shift are in accordance with Grand Casino policies and procedures.

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  This position is located at our Eddys property which is 3 miles south of Grand Casino Mille Lacs, Onamia MN.

  Responsible for providing dining service to all Guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner in accordance to Grand Casino’s service standards

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.

• Table Games Supervisor / Dual Rate Dealer (Table Games)
