• VIP Services Concierge (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Management, the VIP Services Concierge will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for our high limit players at every opportunity. In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.

• Beverage Service Ambassador (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the Beverage Supervisor, the Beverage Service Ambassador will assist with all Front of House (FOH) beverage orders and sequence of service. The Beverage Service Ambassador will be responsible for electronic ordering transactions and organizational policies. In addition, they will monitor product accuracy; maintaining service standards throughout their shift. This position is primarily mobile, proactively visiting guests, providing direction and support to team members and ensuring superior guest service in accordance to department standards. Lastly, enforce the responsible sale and service of alcoholic beverages including implementing identification policies and alerting management of any problems with guest intoxication.

• VIP Services Representative (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Manager and Supervisor, the VIP Services Representative assists management with the administrative duties and coordination of all VIP Service related functions. This includes, but is not limited to hotel and special event reservations. The VIP Services Representative plays an important role in building loyalty and maintaining guest relations. This position requires direct contact with the public, while delivering superior guest service in accordance to department standards and policies and procedures, as created by San Manuel Casino.

• Floor Supervisor, Table Games (Table Games)

  Under the direction of the Table Games Shift Manager, the Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activity of all table games, ensuring the gaming activity and dealing procedures comply with table games policies and procedures. The Table Games Floor Supervisor may conduct a variety of casino games along with providing prompt and courteous service to all gaming patrons.

• Cocktail Server (Food & Beverage)

  Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Cocktail Server provides timely, accurate and responsible cocktail service and complimentary soft drink service to all Yaamava’ guests. While adhereing to the Yaamava’ Brand Standards, the Cocktail Servers provide beverage service during daily floor operations, as well as for special events. Areas of beverage service include slot and table games locations, and other Casino areas of operation as assigned.

• Lead Food and Beverage Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor of Food & Beverage, the Lead Food & Beverage Attendant assists with all FOH venue responsibilities including host stand, POS, and dining room. This position aids in leading a team of attendants by providing direction, training, and support while ensuring excellent customer service that aligns with Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards.  The Lead Food & Beverage Attendant collaborates and coordinates with the front-of-house and culinary teams acting as an extension of leadership. This position also assists with maintaining proper inventory, product accuracy, and adhering to the responsible sale and service of alcoholic beverages where applicable. The Lead Food & Beverage Attendant ensures a consistent Best in Class experience in alignment with the goals and priorities of the Tribe. 

• Pool Lifeguard (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Reporting to the Pool Service Supervisor, the Pool Lifeguard is an outgoing, motivated individual capable of adapting to change in a fast past pool and hospitality environment. A successful candidate will demonstrate passion for people, encouraging and inspiring guests to elevate their wellness and aquatic experience, while creating a safe, fun and enjoyable best in class atmosphere. The individual selected for this role will contribute to the pool facilities, while preventing and responding to aquatic emergencies. Additional responsibilities of the role include operational excellence while providing a clean and safe environment for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity. The Pool Lifeguard also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• Spa Services Supervisor (Spa)

  Reporting to the Manager, Spa and Pool Services the Supervisor, Spa Services provides leadership, direction and supervision of a team supporting the daily operations of the Hotel’s beauty and wellness services, including, but not limited to, massage & skincare treatments, water sanctuary, and Spa facilities. The Supervisor, Spa Services works closely with upper management to direct and mentor the Massage & Esthetician teams, optimize merchandise and service selections while maximizing Best in Class service, resulting in continued sales profit. Additional responsibilities of the role include marketing, operational excellence, budgeting/forecasting and strong vendor relationships, as well as ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.

• Retail Sales Associate (Guest Services)

  The Retail Sales Associate is an outgoing and motivated individual who thrives in a highly interactive environment and is truly an ambassador of the art of the industry. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for guiding, informing, and catering to each guest to create memorable, top-tier guest experiences, with the motivation of driving high performance goals. This role is a key contributor within a dynamic selling environment where their selling strength makes them an important part of the success of the team. The Retail Sales Associate’s high visibility requires a strong sense of professionalism, including the continuous championing of the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribal Community’s vision, mission and values.

• Prep Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Prep Cook will assist the Junior Chef in the preparation of dim sum Chinese BBQ and wok station food, food orders as well as control production levels, to make sure recipes are properly followed. The Prep Cook will specialize in one or two types of authentic Asian cuisine food preparation and assure that all specialty food is of quality and is done in a timely and sanitary manner. The Prep Cook will assist the Junior Chef with preparation of weekly work schedules and daily break schedule for the Asian kitchen. Preference for specialty food including Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese food as well as wok dim sum experience.

• Spa Nail Technician (Spa)

  Reporting to the Salon Supervisor, the Nail Technician exhibits best in class nail and beauty services including, but not limited to knowledge of nail care services, and art techniques. The Nail Technician is responsible for operational excellence, superior product/service knowledge as well as ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity. The Nail Technician is also responsible for delivering the ultimate beauty experience to every guest, at all times, by providing nail-care services that exceed guest expectations.

• Promotions / Special Events Representative (Meetings/Events)

  1.    Assists in the set-up, execution and breakdown of all on-site and off-site promotions and special events: to include but not limited to tournaments, drawings, VIP parties, and festivals.2.    Maintains a detailed knowledge of all promotions and special events in order to effectively explain policies and procedures to customers.3.    Works within a team to ensure that all items needed to carry out the promotion and/or special event are in the appropriate place in a timely manner.4.    Responsible for adhering to established policies and procedures for each promotion.5.    Issues appropriate prizes to guests.6.    Performs on stage if necessary while utilizing a microphone for announcements for drawings and/or events.7.    Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

• VIP Services Shift Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Director, the VIP Services Shift Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the department’s frontline staff and their responsibilities pertaining to exceptional guest service, hotel and restaurant reservations, support for the Player Development staff, and reaching and/or exceeding Department goals. The VIP Services Shift Manager oversees the training of Supervisors, as well as provides constant feedback, consultation and guidance to Supervisors to ensure efficiency and productivity. They also assist and direct Supervisors in the overall operation of the department including, planning and monitoring of all VIP Services activities that compliment enterprise goals while driving exceptional service standards.

• House Person, Hotel Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor Housekeeping, the House Person is responsible for maintaining 5-Star, 5-Diamond rating experience for the overall cleanliness of all public areas in guest view on the guest floors and heart of house areas. Responsible for delivering guest request items in a professional and timely manner according to our Forbes standards. The House Person also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• Pool Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under the guidance of the Pool & Water Features Supervisor, the Pool Technician is responsible for ensuring the water in designated property areas is clean and safe for guests. The Pool Technician services and maintains swimming pools, fountains, spas, and hot tubs. The Pool Technician performs installations, and provides pool maintenance services including cleaning, filtering and purification. Additionally, the Pool Technician maintains the pools’ surrounding areas to be clean and orderly, while ensuring all pool safety rules and regulations are upheld.
