Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Food & Beverage, the Manager, Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of assigned venues, which includes developing and maintaining well-performing teams and achieving financial and enterprise objectives. This position is also responsible for maintaining proper inventory control (including equipment and supplies), maintaining consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, reviewing scheduling and staffing plans, preparing sales, inventory, personnel reports, providing dedicated leadership to the venue(s), and maximizing team member morale through leading by example. This position’s areas of responsibility include all bars and restaurants within Yaamava Resort & Casino.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Equipment, the Equipment Room Technician plays a key role in the upkeep of numerous Facilities supply cages. Ensures that adequate levels of inventory and supplies are maintained at all times. Assigns and tracks supplies and inventory, including supplies delivery to various personnel. Performs basic preventative maintenance on various department equipment and power tools.
Under the guidance of the Supervisor HVAC, the HVAC Mechanic II performs as a journey level HVAC Mechanic; a fully qualified working-level trade mechanic. Performs skilled installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems. Is highly knowledgeable and experienced with chilled water loop systems utilizing centrifugal chillers, absorption chillers, chilled/condenser water pumps, air handling units and cooling towers. Additionally, exhibits experience with the operation and repair of air compressors, heat exchangers, hot water boilers, and the building automation system. Works independently as well as in team environments, and always upholds a high level of service standards and health and safety compliance to ensure they are providing a best in class experience to guests and team members.
Under the guidance of the Assistant Director, Facilities, the Locksmith performs all locksmith. Responsible for the cylinder hardware for all doors including the keying, maintenance, and repair of lock systems. Serves as a custodian for all regulated and non-regulated keys and assists with the key control program for the department. This position is exposed to sensitive areas containing confidential information related to team members and enterprise-wide data and must use good judgement when performing work.

Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Specialty Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine is responsible for the overall success of the Asian culinary operations for Yaamava’ Resort & Casino (YRC). Adhering to the Health department regulations and YRC standards and expectations of food service and quality, freshness and presentation, the Specialty Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine will oversee the Asian culinary operations to include menu concepts and recipe standardization. In addition, the Specialty Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine will be responsible for the management, training, and direction of the Asian cuisine culinary staff.
