Under the direction of Director Player Development the Player Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administrative duties of the department. This position will provide administrative and analytical support for player development by creating schedules, reports and analyses. The Player Development Coordinator will monitor the budget for comps and expenses in addition to analyzing the overall success or failure of player development events and promotions. The Player Development Coordinator may also be required, with the assistance of leadership, to support the player development team working on the casino floor, promotional events, off-sites, and theater events.
Under the direction of Bell Captain, the Door Person serves as a professional and knowledgeable representative of the hotel to all internal and external guests, ensuring the highest customer service standards of the Hotel brand are upheld at all times. The Door Person holds responsibility for welcoming all guests by opening the lobby doors as well as providing a fond farewell to all guests. This position ensures the guests’ arrival and departure experience is seamless.
Under the direction of the VIP Services Director, the VIP Services Shift Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the department’s frontline staff and their responsibilities pertaining to exceptional guest service, hotel and restaurant reservations, support for the Player Development staff, and reaching and/or exceeding Department goals. The VIP Services Shift Manager oversees the training of Supervisors, as well as provides constant feedback, consultation and guidance to Supervisors to ensure efficiency and productivity. They also assist and direct Supervisors in the overall operation of the department including, planning and monitoring of all VIP Services activities that compliment enterprise goals while driving exceptional service standards.

Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the efficient scheduling and oversight of subordinate employees with the purpose of improving the quantity and quality of work done continuously and ensuring efficient and economical work operations. Supervisory functions include a range of duties and responsibilities involving planning, organizing, and dealing effectively with employee management concerns.
Under the direction of the BSA Compliance Manager, the Title 31 Analyst ensures the San Manuel Entertainment Authority is compliant with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Patriot Act and requirements of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) as it pertains to casinos, by reviewing, auditing, investigating, analyzing and filing the Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) that are received from various data sources that capture transactional activity. The Title 31 Analyst requires a high-level of autonomy to complete tasks and independently analyze tracking logs for compliance including, but not limited to investigating and correcting errors and omissions from the tracking logs. The Title 31 Analyst partners with department management enterprise-wide by using independent judgment and makes recommendations via reports to ensure any breaches are properly addressed in the internal controls as it concerns the tracking of Casino patrons under the BSA. The Title 31 Analyst conducts preliminary research, analyzes facts, and prepares an Initial Due Diligence Report for Senior Management. They identify suspicious activity incidents and prepare necessary documentation for submission to the U.S. Treasury Department. They also collaborate with other functions, upholding the Tribe's vision, mission, and values.
Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor, the Environmental Services (EVS) Attendant is responsible for maintaining best in class standards of extensive cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Casino and off-site buildings.
Under the direction of the Slot Relief Floor Manager, the Slot Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating resources on the floor to ensure the highest quality service is provided to guests. The Slot Floor Supervisor promotes internal and external guest satisfaction during an assigned shift, by ensuring excellent service in their area of responsibility, coordinating department resources and partnering with other departments. The Slot Floor Supervisor provides timely and effective resolution to guest complaints and routinely observes and evaluates staff service standards.
Under the direction of the Floral Manager, the Lead Gardener, Horticulture & Floral oversees floral designs, assigns duties, and manages work flow in the floral department. The individual selected for this role is responsible for overseeing all interior plants and living wall on property, in addition to the upkeep of outdoor gardens and plants, in addition to leading a talented design team. The Lead Gardener provides creative and artistic guidance on projects to ensure consistent maintenance and floral beautification throughout the property by maintaining, watering, pruning, and dusting synthetic plants. Responsible for working on assignments independently if required. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines. Under the direction of the Slot Technical Supervisor, the Slot Parts Controller provides administrative and technical support to the Slot Department. The Slot Parts Controller establishes and maintains positive relationships with slot machine and gaming vendors while managing inventory and service calls efficiently and effectively for Department needs.
Under the direction of the Direct Marketing Supervisor, the Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating revenue via focusing on the high-level players that are in the Player Development and VIP segments using multiple channels like direct mail and email. This position shall optimize campaign effectiveness by tracking and analyzing direct marketing programs. The incumbent also performs research and analysis-finding opportunities to grow our database.
Under the direction of the Promotions and Special Events Manager, the Promotions/Special Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting with developing, creating, and executing promotions and events for Yaamava’ Resort & Casino held both on and off-site. The Promotions/Special Events Coordinator is responsible for making operational decisions during events, monitoring the budget, and analyzing the overall success or failure of said events. It is critical that this person has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, has a creative vision, and is organized.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Bar Back provides assistance to Bartenders which enables them to focus on providing premier guest service to patrons. By partnering with team members in operational processes, and helping to greet patrons and keep the bars clean and stocked, the Bar Back allows Bartenders and Cocktail Servers to operate more efficiently in their respective roles.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Audio Visual, VIBE, the Audio Visual (A/V) Technician, VIBE provides in-depth technical programming and support for atmospheric based audio visual (A/V) systems. The A/V Technician, Vibe provides necessary training and continuous operational support while managing the day to day requests of the VIBE team. This position will be responsible for executing the direction of the VIBE Supervisor in the programming of atmospheric initiatives including the rotational sports programming of The 909. In conjunction with Marketing, delivers motion graphics/video projects adhering to Enterprise branding guidelines to enhance our guest entertainment experience. The Food Runner offers aide to the Servers by expediting food tickets and ensuring the delivery of high quality food items to the appropriate table and guests. Assisting in providing a superior guest experience, the Food Runner observes tables to communicate to the Food Server Assistant, those guests whom are nearing completion of a course in order to initiate preparation and service of next course in a timely manner.
Under the guidance of the Assistant Manager of EVS, the Supervisor of EVS (Environmental Services) is responsible for maintaining the health and safety standards for Yaamava' Resort and Casino. This position provides guidance and daily directives to EVS team members. The Supervisor of EVS is responsible for leading and managing their team to complete all goals and missions set forth by the Casino and the EVS Department, ensuring a best in class culture for maintenance of the facility.
Under the direction of the Cage Operations Manager, the Relief Manager of Cage Operations is responsible for the operation of all cage activities in the absence of the Cage Operations Manager including providing guidance to Supervisors, and frontline team members. This role collaborates with other departments to ensure that team members and guests receive a best-in-class experience. The Relief Manager of Cage Operations is accountable for all duties performed within the department to ensure that Yaamava’ Resort & Casino policies, practices, and Tribal Gaming Regulations are met.
Under the direction of the Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for administering Front Desk operations in the Hotel's continuing effort to deliver Best in Class customer service. The Front Desk Associate assists with guest inquiries, requests and needs, prior to, during, and after their stay. The Front Desk Associate works closely with all Hotel departments to coordinate seamless delivery of guest services. This highly visible position is responsible for creating unique memories, building rapport, and maintaining professional relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience, all while following and meeting the Forbes Travel Five Star guidelines.

Additionally the Bell Person is responsible for providing safety awareness, and ensures all guests, vendors and team members’ temperatures are screened per proper protocol, including asking a determined series of health questions before entrance of the property. This position works varied shifts as determined by business needs.

Under the direction of the Operations Support Manager, the Equipment Room Technician will play a key role in the upkeep of numerous Facilities supply cages. The Equipment Room Technician will ensure that adequate levels of inventory and supplies are maintained at all times. Responsible for assigning and tracking supplies and inventory; including supplies delivery to various personnel. The Equipment Room Technician will perform basic preventative maintenance on various department equipment and power tools.
Under the direction of the Manager, PBX-Guest Retention, the Supervisor, PBX, supports the PBX team as they provide excellent service to guests in a high-volume call center environment. The Supervisor ensures that all interactions are consistent with property policies and procedures and serves as an escalation point for calls while upholding the Forbes service standards.

Under the direction of the Hotel Training Supervisor, the Hotel Administration Training Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and execution of training. The Training Specialist conducts new hire hands-on training for front line team members as well as other assigned trainings for all levels of team members. This position ensures existing team members are up to date on guidelines, policies, procedures, Standard Operating Guidelines, work methods, and new product training. The Training Specialist also trains all aspects of health and safety compliance, as well as high level customer service to maintain Best-in-Class service and facility for all guests.

In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.

Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Cashier is responsible for taking customer food orders, collecting payments and making change for customers and employees. The Cashier is also responsible for balancing opening and closing banks at the beginning and end of each shift.
Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor, the Environmental Services (EVS) Technician is responsible for maintaining best in class standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the San Manuel Casino (SMC). The EVS Technician fulfills the detailed and technical environmental services of SMC and is highly knowledgeable in the operation of the equipment used to complete assigned projects. The EVS Technician is trained and certified in the proper use of all EVS equipment in order to perform extensive environmental services and detail cleaning of SMC.
Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Front Desk Team creates a pleasurable experience for all guests, prides itself on exceptional proactive service and unparalleled knowledge of property and services, and partners effectively with all other hotel departments to seamlessly cater to guest needs. Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Cocktail Server provides timely, accurate and responsible cocktail service and complimentary soft drink service to all Yaamava’ guests. While adhereing to the Yaamava’ Brand Standards, the Cocktail Servers provide beverage service during daily floor operations, as well as for special events. Areas of beverage service include slot and table games locations, and other Casino areas of operation as assigned.
Reporting to the Salon & Concierge Manager, the Spa Concierge Supervisor provides leadership, direction and supervision of their team in the daily operations of the Hotel’s health and wellness operations, including, but not limited to, Spa reservations/concierge, guest experience, fitness, wellness, Spa retail and Spa facilities upkeep. This leader works closely with upper management to direct and mentor their team, optimize merchandise and service selections while maximizing Best in Class service, resulting in continued sales profit. Additionally, they have experience with the operation and repair of air compressors, heat exchangers, hot water boilers, and the building automation system. Disburses cold boxes at all machines that are scheduled to be dropped per zone. Removes hot boxes from slot machines and ensures that all hot boxes are secured and accounted for. The Drop & Count Staff opens and sorts the contents of the table games, CDU, ATM and gaming machine drop boxes, which consists of counting currency and chips removed from the drop boxes and recording and accounting for the currency and chips. In addition, the Drop & Count Staff member accurately follows all policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with the Gaming Commission’s Tribal Gaming Minimum Internal Controls (TICS) and the Gaming Commission Regulations (GCR), by studying the standards, adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.

The In Room Dining Attendant accurately inputs all orders into the point of sale system and communicates any special requests. Under the direction of the Safety Supervisor, the Safety Specialist is responsible for the safety of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel property. This role is also responsible for the safety of all team members, guests, and the public while onsite including events and activities. The Safety Specialist makes every reasonable effort to promote accident prevention, fire protection and health preservation. With guidance from the Safety Supervisor, this role also provides tactical safety direction to all departments within Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. The Safety Specialist leads through influence, not authority and drives compliance to protect the property as necessary. In addition, the Safety Specialist supports property safety programs and assures safety compliance with Tribal, Federal, State, and Local regulations by team members, vendors, and contractors.
