To Be Eligible You Must
Have a High School Diploma and/or GED/or Equivalent
Be at least 18 years old and be authorized to work in the US
Be able to obtain a PA Gaming License
The following may prevent Gaming License Approval:
Any unpaid Federal and State taxes OR Felony Charges
Become a Table Games Dealer at WIND CREEK CASINO, Make Lots of Money!
No dealing experience needed, Wind Creek will TRAIN YOU. We are looking for the following 3 skills:
Ability to provide our guests with exceptional service
Ability to take instruction on dealing, requiring dexterity
Ability to demonstrate strong basic math skills
Classes & Information Sessions are at Wind Creek's Dealer School. 77 Wind Creek Blvd, on the 2nd level of the Outlets Center, next to The Coach Store.
Those who become certified and licensed are offered either Full or Part Time work based on business need.
Earn between $20 - $30 per hour (includes base rate and TIPS)

Wind Creek certifies Table Games Dealers at no cost to you
All Dealers (Full or Part Time) are required to work weekends
Mandatory, paid orientation is typically Mon – Thurs 8:30 – 4pm

The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games (Entry Level/Non- Experienced) is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. Host - Chop House

The primary responsibility of the Host - Chop House is to greet and seat guests in an efficient and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

Experienced Casino Dealer - Table Games
(Table Games)
The primary responsibility of the Experienced Casino Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Valet Dispatcher
(Security)
The primary responsibility of the Dispatch - Valet Parking is to notify an Attendant - Valet when a customer vehicle needs to be retrieved and to execute the valet parking transaction with the customer. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Specialist - Cleaning
(Housekeeping)
The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Agent I - Surveillance
(Surveillance)
The primary responsibility of the Agent - Surveillance is to operate department surveillance equipment to observe, document and report all activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Supervisor - Income Control
(Finance/Accounting)
The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Income Control is to supervise assigned department staff and operations.

Shift Manager - PAD
(Housekeeping)
The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager - PAD (“Shift Manager – Public Areas Department”) is to oversee the activities of an assigned shift, including the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Public Areas and Casino. Manage, inspect, train, and evaluate assigned Supervisor - PAD and Specialist - Cleaning to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Sous Chef - Chop House
(Chefs/Kitchen)
The primary responsibility of the Sous Chef - Chop House is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen personnel to ensure high quality of food, timeliness in food service, proper food and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary kitchen. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.
