Officer - Security
(Security)
The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Anticipates potential problems and seeks ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Spa Concierge - Female
(Spa)
The Spa Attendant - Female is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa.

Manager - Banquets & Catering
(Catering/Banquet)
The primary responsibility of the Manager - Banquets is to execute banquet food and beverage events according to banquet event order specifications, adjust specifications as necessary and perform follow-up ensuring guest satisfaction. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

To Be Eligible You Must
Have a High School Diploma and/or GED/or Equivalent
Be at least 18 years old and be authorized to work in the US
Be able to obtain a PA Gaming License
The following may prevent Gaming License Approval:
Any unpaid Federal and State taxes OR Felony Charges
When are Wind Creek’s Dealer School Classes?
Evening Class Tuesday 6/30/2026 – Friday 8/7/2026 from 7pm – 12am for 6 weeks
Morning Class Monday 6/29/2026 – Thursday 8/6/2026 from 9am – 2pm for 6 weeks
Already attended an Information Session? You are eligible to reapply after 6 months for reconsideration
Attendance At 1 Information Session Below Is Required
Wednesday 6/10/2026 at 1pm OR Tuesday 6/16/2026 at 1pm (Morning Class)
Thursday 6/11/2026 at 6pm OR Wednesday 6/17/2026 at 6pm (Evening Class)

No dealing experience needed, Wind Creek will TRAIN YOU. We are looking for the following 3 skills:
Ability to provide our guests with exceptional service
Ability to take instruction on dealing, requiring dexterity
Ability to demonstrate strong basic math skills
Classes & Information Sessions are at Wind Creek's Dealer School. 77 Wind Creek Blvd, on the 2nd level of the Outlets Center, next to The Coach Store.
Those who become certified and licensed are offered either Full or Part Time work based on business need.
Earn between $20 - $30 per hour (includes base rate and TIPS)

All Dealers (Full or Part Time) are required to work weekends
Mandatory, paid orientation is typically Mon – Thurs 8:30 – 4pm

Cook III - Chop House
(Chefs/Kitchen)
The primary responsibility of the Cook III is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

Valet Dispatcher
(Transportation)
The primary responsibility of the Dispatch - Valet Parking is to notify an Attendant - Valet when a customer vehicle needs to be retrieved and to execute the valet parking transaction with the customer. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Server - Banquets
(Catering/Banquet)
The primary responsibility of the Server - Banquets is to serve food and beverage as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) in a timely and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Technician II - AV Entertainment
(Recreation/Entertainment)
The primary responsibility of the Technician II – AV is to skillfully operate all AV Systems and equipment as well as coordinate and arrange AV services and serve as the onsite AV point person. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) and PGCB policies, practices, and procedures.

Staff Auditor
(Finance/Accounting)
The primary responsibility of the Staff Auditor is to plan and perform assigned audits and special projects in diverse and complex operational and functional areas, working independently but under the direction of the Audit Manager. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.

Ticket Writer - Sportsbook
(Gaming/Casino)
The primary responsibility of the Ticket Writer - Sportsbook is to maintain the assigned cash drawer with an acceptable level of coins and cash. The Ticket Writer - Sportsbook is responsible for the processing of sports wagers and payment of winnings and for maintaining accountability for all coin, cash, and cash equivalents within the assigned drawer. Provide outstanding guest service while writing and paying Sportsbook tickets and providing information to guests. Answer customer questions related to sports and sports betting. Process contest selections and parlay cards as applicable. At the end of each shift, the Ticket Writer - Sportsbook will be responsible for reconciling the assigned cash drawer and completing all necessary paperwork associated with this position. The Ticket Writer - Sportsbook reports directly to the Supervisor - Sportsbook or above. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC’s (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Attendant - Valet
(Transportation)
The primary responsibility of the Attendant - Valet is to represent Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) to arriving and departing Valet Parking guests while parking and retrieving guest’s vehicles at the casino and hotel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.
