No dealing experience needed, Wind Creek will TRAIN YOU. We are looking for the following 3 skills: Ability to provide our guests with exceptional service Ability to take instruction on dealing, requiring dexterity Ability to demonstrate strong basic math skills Classes & Information Sessions are at Wind Creek's Dealer School. 77 Wind Creek Blvd, on the 2nd level of the Outlets Center, next to The Coach Store. Those who become certified and licensed are offered either Full or Part Time work based on business need.  Earn between $20 - $30 per hour (includes base rate and TIPS) READ ON… Wind Creek does not pay you while you are in dealer school Wind Creek certifies Table Games Dealers at no cost to you  All Dealers (Full or Part Time) are required to work weekends Mandatory, paid orientation is typically Mon – Thurs 8:30 – 4pm Position Purpose The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games (Entry Level/Non- Experienced) is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. • Experienced Casino Dealer - Table Games (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Experienced Casino Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Specialist - Cleaning (Housekeeping)

  The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed.   All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Server - Banquets (Catering/Banquet)

  The primary responsibility of the Server - Banquets is to serve food and beverage as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) in a timely and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Senior Director - Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the property. Provides leadership and coordinates Financial Accounting and Reporting, Revenue Audit, Cage and Credit Administration including count room, Payroll, Purchasing, Warehouse and Inventory Control functions of the gaming facility in accordance with Wind Creek's Purpose and Value System. Supports the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and operational financial performance of the property while partnering with operating departments to achieve company objectives

• Player Services Representative (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Representative – Player Services is to provide excellent guest service, exchange cash and chips for guests, issue counter checks at the gaming tables, assist guests with player card transactions, and make payouts to guests on winning Table, Slot and Sportsbook wagers in accordance with established procedures. Representative – Players Services is required to balance their cashier drawer at the end of their shift. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Kiosk Attendant (Finance/Accounting)

  The primary responsibility of the Kiosk Attendant is to service and supply coin and cash to the casino ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks in accordance with established procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Cook II - VIP Lounge (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Cook II  is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

• Bar Porter (Food & Beverage)

  The primary responsibility of the Bar Porter is to provide unmatched customer service through the efficient and thorough completion of their tasks, including but not limited to: keeping all bar areas clean, removal of trash, and helping in operation of the Beverage Department in any other way. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Host - Chop House (Food & Beverage)

  The primary responsibility of the Host - Chop House is to greet and seat guests in an efficient and friendly manner.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures. 

• Cook II - Chop House (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Cook II  is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.

• Bartender - Mixx (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The primary responsibility of the Bartender - Mixx is to provide unmatched customer service through the prompt and accurate delivery of beverage service to all guests.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Special Events Specialist (Meetings/Events)

  The Special Events Specialist assists the Promotions Manager in the aspect of execution of all promotional and special events for Wind Creek Hospitality Properties. 

• Technician - Slots (Slots/Electronic Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Technician - Slots is to learn through on-the-job training and maintain slot machines to help minimize down time on the floor and to maximize floor space revenue.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Officer - Security (Security)

  The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property.  Anticipates potential problems and seeks ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises.  Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
