  The Director of Marketing reports to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Manager and the Guest Services Manager as well as the overall operations of the Marketing Department including but not limited to, promotions, sales, entertainment, advertising, and player development program.  The Director carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.  The Director of Marketing manages all areas of database analysis in order to target the areas of player data in order to enhance and retain the gaming market and is responsible for all marketing expenses. This position is a grade 12/$115,000 - $130,000 per year.
