This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for IT systems and IT infrastructure.

• Front Desk Agent - Tulsa (Guest Services)

  Under direct supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, welcomes and serves guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. Completes check in and check out for guests. Maintains guest confidentiality of all information.

• Executive Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  The Executive Housekeeper serves as the primary floor leader and supervisor for the Housekeeping Department. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of room attendants and laundry staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the casino resort. The ideal candidate leads by example, coordinates daily assignments, conducts inspections, resolves operational issues, and supports the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental goals.

  This position is responsible for taking orders and serving alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible for providing friendly and professional service to every guest encountered.

• Title 31 AML / Analyst (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for supporting and executing all activities of the Title31 /BSA/AML compliance program, including regulatory requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of the Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the USA Patriot Act. This role supports ongoing monitoring, reporting, investigations, and compliance efforts to ensure effective and efficient operation of the AML compliance program, and Title 31 compliance program.

• IT Field Technician (Technology/IT)

  Provides 2nd level support for service requests reported to the Service Desk. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, research, and resolution of service requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. Support includes installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems. The position’s responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.

The host is responsible for understanding and promoting monthly Casino promotions and daily restaurant specials to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

• Count Team Attendant - Tulsa (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for retrieval of currency boxes and table game drop boxes, emptying drop boxes once they are delivered to the count room and ensuring accuracy of daily count operations.

• EVS Attendant - Tulsa (Housekeeping)

  Under direct supervision of the EVS Supervisor, the EVS Attendant is responsible for cleanliness of all property public areas both inside and outside the casino. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, office cleaning, back of house area cleaning, exterior cleaning of electronic games, re-stocking supply shelves, and completes other duties as assigned.
