Responsible for implementing and promoting Player Development programs, policies, and procedures while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

Groundskeeper
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Responsible for the maintenance of the Isleta Eagle Golf Course and Isleta Lakes, full time, part time, or seasonal, all while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

Irrigation Technician
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Responsible for maintaining, improving, and performing periodic maintenance on the water and irrigation system(s) while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and unskilled duties in one or more maintaining and repairing Isleta Lakes and maintaining grounds to Isleta standards.

Responsible for all guests needs or requests including checking-in and checking-out guests while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.

Front Office Supervisor
(Guest Services)
Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Front Desk, Valet and Call Center operations. Collaborates with Valet Supervisors and other operational leaders to ensure efficient service delivery and seamless guest experience Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of production.

Responsible for organizing accounting distributions and all transaction back-up for each end-of-day guest cycle. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.

Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.
