Position Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and unskilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement masonry, dry wall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or remodeling Isleta Resort and Casino buildings and its entities. Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Restaurant and Banquets operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of play.

Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of the dining room by clearing the table tops of soiled wares, cleaning and ensuring all tables are appropriately set up for new guests. Responsible for efficient and proper operation of various food outlets including, but not limited to Triple Sevens, Deli, Banquets, Bingo Snack Bars, Tiwa, Embers, Floor Beverage Service, etc. Exhibits knowledge of product lines and prices and full awareness of safety and food sanitation laws and regulations. Provides efficient and smooth customer service according to the standards required by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Responsible for analyzing guest requests and providing day-to-day support for all internal computer customers while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests. Occasionally assists the Technical Services Manager in assuring all computer systems, telecommunications, and information processing activities are fully operational and performing in accordance with company requirements.
