This position is responsible for developing and implementing department goals and standards, directing, coordinating, overseeing and delegating daily repair tasks and making sure that the Isleta Casino and Resort is kept operational and presentable. This person is responsible to lead service technicians who work with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. Will also be responsible for working with contractors for completing larger renovation projects. Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist

This position is responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning of the Isleta Resort and Casino. These duties include floor stripping/refinishing, carpet cleaning, and extraction; this also includes the Spa areas. Heavy Duty Technicians are responsible for areas that may not necessarily be maintained by the Custodial Porters. This responsibility is extended primarily to the exterior perimeter of the building extending 10’ to 20’ out and including the compactor area. All other exterior grounds and surrounding areas of the Isleta Resort and Casino are the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Department. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
