• Maintenance Supervisor Gaming (Engineering/Maintenance)

• Lead Slot Team Member (Slots/Electronic Games)

  The Lead Slot Team Member provides support and guidance in order to help ensure the success of Slot Team Members and the department overall. This is achieved by building and maintaining positive working relationships, demonstrating performance and service standards, and providing appropriate guidance and direction to fellow team members. The Lead Slot Team Member will be the operational point of contact for their assigned shift and facilitate appropriate communications to both department and property team members. The Lead Slot Team Member position is responsible for providing guests with an exceptional service and entertainment experience through the fulfilment of their responsibilities. These responsibilities include responding to and seeking resolution to guest inquiries, demonstrating technology to guests, and educating guests on Rewards Club benefits. The Lead Slot Team Member monitors the condition and performance of the slot machines in their area and ensures operability by executing appropriate repairs. The extent of repair can include replenishing receipt paper, rebooting or replacing devices, and paying jackpots.

• Player Development Supervisor (Sales & Marketing)

  The Player Development Supervisor is an integral part of the Player Development leadership team, providing direct oversight and support to Casino Hosts/Hostesses, Executive Casino Hosts/Hostesses, and members of the National Casino Marketing team. This position is responsible for ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded through strategic leadership, coaching, and accountability. The Player Development Supervisor works closely with team members to drive increased guest frequency, play volume, satisfaction, and brand loyalty among both coded and non-coded guests. Reporting directly to the Player Development Manager, the Player Development Supervisor monitors daily outreach activities, guest engagement efforts, and the implementation of personalized service strategies while ensuring all team members adhere to Ho-Chunk Gaming policies and standards.

• Slot Service Technician III (Slots/Electronic Games)

  This position is an advanced technical position and will be primarily responsible for the installation, conversion and retirement of slot machines and associated projects. This position involves advanced slot machine repair and troubleshooting, software verification, machine optioning, documentation of machines changes, machine component and software upgrades. • Lead Slot / Data Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  This position will be knowledgeable and detail orientated regarding all aspects of maintaining the components and peripherals on all electronic and mechanical gaming machines; including the proper forms, parts inventory, and diagnostics for the machines. • Player's Club Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for the promotion, maintenance, budgeting and evaluation/analysis of the Players Club, its database system, its direct mail promotional programs and its associated equipment and supplies. Responsible for the supervision/management of the Promotions staff and Valet Parking Attendants (as directed); all of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.

  This position is an advanced supervisory position and will be primarily responsible for managing Slot Service Technician III and Slot Specialty Technician staff and associated tasks within repair and maintenance of slot machines and associated peripherals. The position will develop plans, gather resources and guide staff in order to accomplish machine maintenance, installation, upgrades, moves and removals of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) and associated equipment.
