The POM Hostess/Host will serve as a personal representative of the restaurant. They are in charge of making reservations, seating guests and making sure that they enjoy their meal. Bistro Bartenders should be knowledgeable and familiar with all menu items, food preparations, ingredients and be able to make recommendations to guests as well as offer menu suggestions and up sell where possible to maximize sales. Bartenders will be knowledgeable with preparation, presentation, and garnish of all beverages to include, beer, wine, cordials, spirits, and blended drinks. Bistro Bartenders must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.

Accountable for counting, verifying, and documenting all monies both in and out of the main bank, cash cage, slot attendants, Auxiliary outlets, and special events, completing the appropriate paperwork for each department. Prepares and processes all bank deposits and prepares all increases and exchanges. Responsible for counting and processing daily revenue as well as preparing cash summary reports for each shift. Maintain knowledge of Title 31 and Tribal Internal Controls.

Performs any combination of duties to maintain employee dining room kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Focus on cleaning and preparing operation for continuous safe food service. Helps restock food items on the line.
