Responsible for stocking supplies as required for the Bistro Kitchen and production use. Responsible for proper storage of products for preparation. Prepare all food products as directed by the Bistro Chef. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas.

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for accurately receiving items into the purchasing system and ensuring all received goods match purchase order requirements. This role works closely with buyers and receiving staff to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
