• Assistant Beverage Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Assistant Beverage Manager will assist the Beverage Manager in leading a group of employees in a manner which ensures delivery of world-class customer service, award-winning beverage product, and an entertaining environment that blends together to create a seamless experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, real revenue growth and improved operating margins. The Assistant Beverage Manager must work well with the team to ensure adherence to all company-established policies, procedures, standards, safety and sanitation issues and compliance with gaming regulations. The assistant beverage manager should lead by example and create an environment where all guests and employees feel comfortable, welcome and special.

• Receiving Coordinator (Finance/Accounting)

  The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for accurately receiving items into the purchasing system and ensuring all received goods match purchase order requirements. This role works closely with buyers and receiving staff to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies efficiently. 

• Shift Manager Table Games (Table Games)

  Directs Shift activities of dealers and supervisors engaged in providing services to guests and in maintaining facilities and equipment of table games by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Players Club Rep (Sales & Marketing)

  Will provide guests with friendly and consistent service; will be committed to give excellent standards of performance at the Players Club and the Bus Department.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  To clean and stock guest rooms to ensure Fantasy Springs Resort Casino’s high standards of cleanliness.

• Public Safety Officer (Security)

  To safeguard Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and other Tribal property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing escorts and public safety functions as follows:

• Gift Shop Cashier (Guest Services)

  The Gift Shop cashier is a customer service position servicing the casino and hotel guest with all their retail needs. The cashier also participates in all facets of the store operations, computer systems and cost of goods that are in effect.

• Busser - POM (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Busser Buffet (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Pool Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  To assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas, to maintain Fantasy Springs Resort Casino’s high standards of quality.

• EVS Special Project Lead (Housekeeping)

  Assists EVS supervisor with shift employees and assumes responsibilities in the absence of EVS supervisor. Maintains and cleans the establishment to Fantasy Springs Standards by performing the following duties.  

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Executes monetary transactions for guests and is assigned to a front window. Maintain knowledge of Title 31, Tribal Internal Controls, Gaming Regulations, and departmental policy and procedures.

• Cook Lique (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for stocking supplies as required for kitchen and production use. Responsible for proper storage of products for preparation. Prepare all food products as directed by Chef. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas.

• Room Service Captain (Food & Beverage)

  Room Service Captains are expected to deliver truly a level of great service by providing leadership to room service team to create memorable experience for our guests.

• Host / Hostess - POM (Food & Beverage)

  The POM Hostess/Host will serve as a personal representative of the restaurant. They are in charge of making reservations, seating guests and making sure that they enjoy their meal. The POM Hostess/Host is expected to smile, to give guests a good impression of the restaurant by greeting them in a warm, friendly manner. If guests have to wait to be seated, the Hostess/Host will make them comfortable while they wait, be a positive team player, adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.
