• Cook Pizza Kitchen (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for stocking supplies as required for kitchen and production use. Responsible for proper storage of products for preparation. Prepare all food products as directed by Chef. Help maintain proper sanitation in all areas.

• POM Assistant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant Restaurant Manager will lead a group of employees in a manner which ensures delivery of World Class customer service, award winning food & beverage product, and an entertaining environment that blends together to create a seamless dining experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, real cover growth and improved operating margins. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must work well with the team to ensure adherence to all company established policies, procedures, standards, safety and sanitation issues and compliance with gaming regulations. The Assistant Restaurant Manager should lead by example and create an environment where all guests and employees feel comfortable, welcome and special.

• F&B Cost Coord Asst (Finance/Accounting)

  The F&B Cost Coordinator Assistant will assist the F&B Coordinator.

• Dealer / Floor Supervisor (Table Games)

  Deals assigned card games according to CBMI/Fantasy Springs Casino rules and regulations. 

• Compliance Inspector (Regulatory Compliance)

  Protect the integrity of gaming activity by preventing improper or unlawful conduct in the course of gaming activity. Assure that procedures are carried out in compliance with the National Indian Gaming Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards, Tribal State Gaming Compact, and the Cabazon Band of Cahuilla Indians Gaming Ordinances. Test and certify that slot machines are in compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires maintenance of strict confidentiality.

• Surveillance Agent (Surveillance)

  To provide for a safe, secure and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests and team members through cctv and to maintain a proactive risk management leadership style utilizing a highly trained team that will protect the owners from all forms of internal and external threats.

• Public Safety Corporal (Security)

  To safeguard Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and other Tribal property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry, as well as maintain a controlled environment by performing escorts and public safety functions as follows:

• Bingo S/B Cashier (Gaming/Casino)

  Receives cash, comps, or credit cards from customers in payment for goods or services by performing the following duties.

• Main Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  Accountable for counting, verifying, and documenting all monies both in and out of the main bank, cash cage, slot attendants, Auxiliary outlets, and special events, completing the appropriate paperwork for each department. Prepares and processes all bank deposits and prepares all increases and exchanges. Responsible for counting and processing daily revenue as well as preparing cash summary reports for each shift. Maintain knowledge of Title 31 and Tribal Internal Controls.

• Beverage Bar-back (Food & Beverage)

  Bar backs are expected to deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Bar backs should be knowledgeable and familiar with basic beverage items, drink preparations, ingredients, and garnishes and be able to assist bartenders. Bar backs must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations. Bar backs must ensure safe drinking standards are being met by recognizing the signs of intoxication, following safe alcoholic service practices, policies, and guidelines, and communicating with patrons and management to ensure everyone is having a great experience.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Bartenders are expected to deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Bartenders should be knowledgeable and familiar with all menu items, drink preparations, ingredients, and garnishes and be able to make recommendations to guests as well as offer suggestions and upsell where possible to maximize sales. Bartenders must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations. Bartenders must ensure safe drinking standards are being met by recognizing the signs of intoxication, following safe alcoholic service practices, policies, and guidelines, and communicating with patrons and management to ensure everyone is having a great experience.

• Reservationist (Guest Services)

  This position is not limited to the duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the company's business needs. 

• Drop Count Team (Finance/Accounting)

  With other members of the Drop/Count Team, perform the daily cash drop and count of table games and slot machines.
