Licensing Investigator

The Licensing Investigator is responsible for processing gaming license applications and conducting background investigations on applicants in accordance with Federal, State and Tribal laws. The Licensing Investigator works with applicants to ensure applications and documents are complete. The Licensing Investigator conducts thorough background investigations on each applicant. The Licensing Investigator provides the Gaming Commission with additional information requested regarding an applicant.

Benefits Specialist

Work with the Third Party Administrators of the Ho-Chunk Nation to provide medical, prescription, dental, vision, short term disability, life/accidental death & dismemberment insurance and, 401K retirement plan to employees of the Ho-Chunk Nation; Provide assistance and guidance/training to departments, employees on the Ho-Chunk Nation worker’s compensation plan. Resolves claim issues for: Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life/AD&D, and Voluntary Life/AD&D. Collects and processes enrollment form for Property-Casualty insurance; Maintains drivers’ records and MVR (Motor Vehicle Reports and maintains accurate vehicle list for Nation. Maintains insurance for all real property for the Nation and verifies that proper endorsements are completed.

The Surveillance Director ensures that the department is operating efficiently and effectively.
