• Cage Cashier I (Finance/Accounting)

  The Cage Cashier I is responsible for performing entry level cage cashiering in a casino environment. Duties include receiving and exchanging cash, checks and gaming chips from patrons, handles and processes department fills, credits and bank reimbursements and transactions. Prepares cash drawer reconciliation and accounting records, counts and maintains department tokes, maintains records for accuracy, receives, verifies and drops all department revenue, verifies and records fills and credits utilizing CTL's, ensures ticket redemption machines are maintained and in proper working orders while ensuring they have the appropriate currency and coin levels, receives cash revenues from count rooms and prepares daily deposits. Provides superior guest service to and internal personnel and patrons of the casino. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $21.52/hr plus tips increasing to $22.06/hr plus tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

• HR Representative (Front Desk) (Guest Services)

  The HR Representative (Front Desk) is responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls, greeting employees and vendors as they enter the HR office, maintaining HR files, and assisting the HR department by providing administrative support to all divisions. Responsible for maintaining high levels of confidentiality. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

• Facilities Shift Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Facilities Shift Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing the facilities department to ensure the casino's building, interior and grounds are maintained on a consistent basis. Duties for this position includes supervising, training and delegating all work performed for the department, conducting performance evaluations and participating with the disciplinary process. The Facilities Shift Manager assists with the determination of the daily work priorities, required service, necessary materials and crew needed to perform daily functions, conducts routine inspections of completed work to ensure standards are being met, communicates any problems or concerns to the Site Manager and Director as needed and keeps inventory of all maintenance, materials, equipment and submits orders for any supply needs. Coordinates maintenance and facilities work with other internal departments and assists maintenance and workers with assignments as needed. • Extra Board Deli Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  The Extra Board (on-call) Deli Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service to casino guests while performing duties at the deli counter. Duties include serving hot and cold beverages, preparing and serving food, handling inventory, stocking counters, display coolers, sandwich bar and steam table neatly and according to holding requirements. Keeps all display equipment neat, clean and free of debris during business hours while maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area as needed.   The Extra Board Hostess/Cashier is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the casino restaurants while providing exceptional guest service. Additional duties include maintaining reservations, assigning tables to service staff, calculating daily receipts, finding suitable seating for guests and keeping the hostess area stocked and cleaned at all time.   The Extra Board Barback assists bartending staff while performing barback duties.   The Part Time Showroom Usher is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons while they are attending events in our casino showroom. Duties include assists guests with seating, attends to any guest questions or disputes and resolves problems in accordance with casino policies and procedures as directed. Works closely with internal departments in a positive and professional manner, takes direction from Showroom Coordinator as needed and ensures guests have a pleasurable experience. • Patron Shuttle Bus Driver (Transportation)

  The Patron Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees or guests to and from the casino in a timely manner utilizing casino shuttles and providing superior guest service. Duties include ensuring that the casino shuttle buses are clean and presentable at all times and reporting incidents and safety hazards to department manager as needed. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $22.61/hr increasing to $23.75/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

  The Steward is responsible for performing F&B inventory duties by receiving and storing of all food, supplies, and necessary materials for the kitchen department.
