Responsible for welcoming casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Escort guests to their room, deliver luggage to the guest rooms, orient guests to the casino resort by explaining facilities, services, amenities, and surrounding areas, anticipate guest needs and assist, explain room features, provide ice upon check in. Assist guest during room changes, maintain room security during this process. Upon request, tour prospective guest to the property. Help maintain safe and secure storage of guest luggage and belongings in the luggage room by accurately accounting for items, properly tagging and storing them. Pick up guest luggage from guest room and deliver to guest vehicle or to the luggage room.
Manage by shift, the daily operations of Culinary in restaurant. To observe cooking Staff and assist when necessary to insure all food product is prepared according to standard. To work with front of the house management to insure smooth operations and high quality guest service.

The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development will develop and foster employees’ skills in Culinary Arts, food safety & sanitation, industry quality standards, safety, proper use of industry equipment and fundamentals of kitchen operations. The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development educates employees to become better cooks and potentially into chef level skills. The Executive Sous Chef of Culinary Development fosters a learning environment where employees are encouraged to ask questions and learn about the culinary arts in detail. Instruction involves hands-on participation from employees’ so they can develop a firmer understanding of the practice.
